we wanna know your professional background in a nutshell because we don't have a lot of time to
waste so make sure that you tell us about your qualifications, your experiences that are relevant for
the job we don't wanna know the name of your mother, or what you have for lunch or your zodiac
sign so,- also, make sure that you do not recite things that was already written on your CV because
hello?? we could read so make sure you elaborate on what's written on the CV so let's see what she
got A: Okay well, first of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity A: to come to this
interview. I'm very happy to be here B: My pleasure A: So for the past two years I've been working as
a Marketing Assistant A: at company ByeByeMeat A: which is a company that sells meat-alternatives
to consumers A: I work closely with the Marketing Manager A: And I assist with running marketing
events, A: and creating promotional materials A: Which is something that I love to do because that
involves a lot of creative work A: And prior to that, right after I graduate university A: I started off my
career as a communications intern at Company Lululu A: and later on I was promoted as Marketing
Associate after just 4 months of working there A: I was responsible for conducting market research,

been quite fascinated with how the development A: of marketing tools and technology can bring
about rapid growth in a company A: I've actually been enrolling myself in various courses in digital
marketing, A: and SEO, and growth hacking A: Just to keep myself up to date with the current trends
in the field A: Which actually led me to finding this job opening here at your company okay so, that
questions to be expected, and I think I did alright in that question don't you think? I like that answer
it's about 1 - 1.5 minutes and I already know her qualification and whether or not she's kind of right
for the job just as an introduction so, I'll give her a plus point for that B: Well, that's great B: so Lina,
why this job? why not other jobs? B: so Lina, why this job? why not other jobs? Why did I apply for
this job? well as I told you guys before, the reason why I apply for this job is to get away from my
crazy - !$#@!@#- boss But, she doesn't have to know that, so keep it to myself (and you guys) Here,
employer want to know about your intentions and your career goals you may think that answering
this question with: "OhH, I'm dESpeRAte ANd I NEeD mONeY" may sound hilarious, funny, smart,
and honest but never EVER reply this question with that answer UNLESS you want to blow that
interview so here employer usually prefer to hire a candidate who has a clear idea of the career path
that they wanna to get into so make sure you answer with confidence about the field that you want
to get into and let's see what she has A: Well, although I enjoy my daily duties as a Marketing
Assistant A: I'm at a point in my career now when I'm looking for new challenges A: and ready to
take on.. More of a technical role A: And as I told you before, I've been taking a lot of courses in
digital marketing, A: in SEO and growth hacking, A: and I think that would be very-very interesting to
apply A: all of the knowledge that I got from this online course into the real world A: all of the
knowledge that I got from this online course into the real world B: Okay... A: And I found the job
description to be very interesting A: because it's a match to my current skills, where I can contribute
A: and a match to my future goals, where I can learn from A: And, I also think that the product and
services that your company is offering A: is very differentiated, and has a lot of potential to grow in
the market A: So I think that would be exciting to be a part of that growth B: And.. Why do you think
I should choose you, over other candidates B: And.. Why do you think I should choose you, over
other candidates Here employers wanna see if you're the right fit for the job so make sure you
match your qualification to what they're looking for in the job description So here the key is to know
the pain points of the company and how you could solve that So make sure that you don't make it all
about you but also about the company as well For me, candidates that stand out the most are those
candidates that bring up something about my company instead of the candidates that are only
saying that they're eager to learn, hardworker, etc Those things are good qualities but make sure
you relate this qualities to what we are looking for (the employers) A: Well, unfortunately I don't
really know how the other candidates are A: so you do have an advantage knowing about that over
me A: However, I do think that your company offers a beautiful product A: an excellent services, also
a beautiful website A: especially in comparison with your compatitors B: Ahemm You know what?
sometimes I think that job interview is just like going on a first date with a man you know it was like,
you need to stroke their ego so they feel good about themselves and that would make them like you
better so this is how I do it, you know? I stroke their ego by telling them that theiy're better than
their competitors, they have an amazing product and services, and that usually works! A: However, I
do think that your company's online presence could use a little push A: In my current role, I'm
responsible for writing pithces A: to various medias, blogs, and partners A: I also manage our social
media account and content creation A: so that's definitely something, that I could help you on A: In
fact I actually brought a few of my written work, and I can show it to you right.... A: ! ! ! B: Is
something wrong? A: Ow, Sh#t OMG, Omg, I can not believe this happ- OH MY GOD I can't believe
this is happening I can't believe I left my portfolio at home the whole interview was going so well
