However, my initial plan was to sell the house, but the Realtor raised the price
which made it difficult for us to sell before leaving the state...The art Realtor
are not serious simply because they have a lot of properties to lease out and they
also put our house in a higher rate while there commission is not fair
We won't be available to do a walk through with you due to our absence but getting
you access to move in won't be a problem as soon as we decide to rent to you. We
can assure you that our home is well maintained, clean, bug-free, in perfect
condition to move in and ready for immediate dy move in. Make sure you drive-by the
neighborhood and look at the house to see how
lovely it looks, well maintenance. You will like it.
Once you come up with the security deposit you will get your keys and documents the
next day delivery through via FedEx and you will have to promise me that once you
get the keys and you go inside the house you will send the first month rent.
Hi Jennifer....I talk to my attorney and told him you have made part payment for
the refundable security deposit ($500) so he stated that you are to come up with
the rent ($550) since you want to move in as soon as you receive the keys and
document which will be delivered to you.I have called Fedex to put it on hold till
you come up with the rent and deposit which was in the lease agreement as
instructed by my attorney.
Through i understand you perfectly, but I want you to know something and it’s true
like the bible said”The truth and only the Truth shall set you free,thus says the
lord of host”.I’m telling you the truth as a dedicated Christian is against my
doctrine to right people off there money which they labored so hard for, i did not
leave my home all the way to TX to rip people off any one money.
We have a cordial relationship with the neighborhood as it is a neighborhood where
everyone keeps to themselves and goes about their business without anyone's
interference.

It's not just about the money being paid for rent or spent, it's about a good
maintenance culture that I want them to embrace at the property, so that it's full

It is with great pleasure to read back from you and i believe by the grace of God
everything will work for good between us..I receive your mail indicating your
interest in my home for rent and i hope you are serious about this. Please let me
know when you are ready to move in and also indicate if you can take good care of
my home cos i made up my mind to sell the house until my lovely wife and my
attorney advised that we keep it for future purpose. right now we are renting and
not selling but we would like to leave it into a good hand which I see its you. I
want my property to be well taken good care of, and there are some rules and
regulation in which I do give out to tenant who are willing to rent my house so

the rules and regulation goes this way, You must keep my house clean including the
surrounding, you must know the way in which you use the stove so as to avoid fire
outbreak, you must not disturb the neighbor and i believe God has a purpose for you

absent. Don't be surprise if you find the home with another site and deference
price, I have plan to rent it through Real estate before, but they are not serious
simply because they have a lot of house to lease out and they added some money to
the rent while there commission is not fair. Have this in mind you must know the
kind of person that I'm nevertheless I am giving you this rules because of what
corresponded between me and my last tenant. the keys and documents are with us here
in Texas, San Antonio ... So I will need to mail them to you before you can occupy
the house But you can drive by the house anytime to take a look at the area and
surrounding I repeat this, but I also know that you are far away from here, but be
rest assured , You can also peek through the windows if you don't mind. For now we
are looking for 4 or 5 years lease or rather lets us know how long you wish to
stay.The home is available for long term and short term lease..once the security
deposit is been paid i will make plans on how you will get the keys via UPS Service
and its a next day delivery
Attn : The rent are including the Utilities are intact such as Dishwasher,Dryer,
Electric Stove, Fridge, Washer,Air Condition,Sewage,Trash,all included in the
