INTRODUCTION

Quality assurance management assessment 1 is about research of total quality management (TQM) and quality assurance techniques of ,Steinel Normalian sdn bhd. Total quality management (TQM ) task is the research of a set of management practices throughout the Steinel Normalian , which is its geared to ensure this company is constitenly meets to exceed the customers requirement. Total quality management (TQM ) also focus on the process measurement and controls in the Steinel Normalian . Research of TQM is done by identifying the basic principles of TQM in relation to specific application in the Steinel Normalian such as the leadership in the company. Quality assurance, is the systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project, service or facility in the Steinel Normalian , its is to maximize the probability that minimum standards of quality are being attained by the production process. Quality assurance research is about the research of the costing techniques in the company and the policies and questionare that have in the Steinel Normalian company.

METHODOLOGY

This research of total quality management (TQM) and quality assurance techniques of ,Steinel Normalian sdn bhd is done following the methodology of research to gather information related to the research. The methodology that have being applied while doing this research is by doing research at library. As library provide a store of book material, the researching of information is done by selecting the related book , because the library is providing the student to borrowed its books materials, i have borrowed it to done inner research. However, because of the library is not have all the information needed in this research , i also surfing internet to gather information. Surfing internet is much better because we can gather the information needed in the research without limit. Furthermore it can saving the time while doing this research. To have more explanation and inner understanding , i have meets lecture to ask them about my research. Through this methods i can ask various of question about my research like thus my information i choose is appropriate with the related research, so by doing this methods i get the best answer for my research. Lastly, i have done brainstorming with my college that have same task as me. Through brainstorming we can changes the information by each other.so by ding this we can consider any mistakes we have in our research.

RESULT AND DISCUSSION

This research is required me to research about of total quality management (TQM) and quality assurance techniques of ,Steinel Normalian sdn bhd. While, total quality management (TQM) research is about the research of a set of management practices throughout the Steinel Normalian , which is its geared to ensure this company is constitenly meets to exceed the customers requirement.Research of TQM is done by identifying the basic principles of TQM in relation to specific application in the Steinel Normalian such as the leadership in the company. Total quality management (TQM ) task required student to select one of company to be implement with this task.the company selected must be the either manufacturing and sevicess company, this is due to the our course related to the engineering studies. For this task i choose to implement the Steinel Normalian AG sdn bhd , which is this company is one of the manufacturing company that produce machines and parts . Then, the student is required to select the applicable TQM principles that emphasize to the selected company. There are seven major TQM principles that a company applied such as customers focus, leadership , involvement of people , process approach , system approach to management and continual improvement. In the Steinel Normalian i have briefly explain on costomers focus ,leadership and involment of people that this company applied .

The 32nd task is about providing the management structure of the choosen company.the management structure main important part is the key personel, the key personel is those who responsible for the design , conduct or reporting of e research project in a company management. Some of key personel in steinel normalian is the chief financial , production manager and marketing manager. All this structure play their own profesionalsm in company management.

The next task was to select and analyse one techniques that could improve the major quality issue at the company. The major issue in a company comes from major component of the companys such as environment, material, methods and man power. To improve this major quality issue in steinel normalian , i use the fishbone diagram . through fishbone diagram i can tabulate the problems in my company and find the way to solve the major issue . In this research too, i have too provide example of either policy, procedure, work instruction or record that suit to the student selected company. For my selected company,steinel normalian , i provided the company policy. Steinel normalian policies is this company always ensure their company quality is always good and near to the customers hearts. For the improvement of steinel normalian , i have provided the company questionnaire for the audit purpose. The quetionaire is a set of questions given to a sample of people orto the company. This questionnaire is the way to gather information in a company management. As this company is is based on manufacturing, the questionnaire provided for this company is related to the base in the manufacturing industries. The last task in this assessment is the student need to show costing element according to work canter .In the steinel normalian i have show the quality costing in the company. The quality costing in the company is the appraisal cost, internal failure cost and prevention cost. This cost is important as it will result the lost and profit of an organization.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMENDATION

Total quality management (TQM ) and quality assurance techniques research on the steinel Normalian company is a valuable research . this is because the research of total quality management ( TQM ) is the research of the principles of rhe company, which is this company can consider are they is following through this all principle which is customers focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach and system approach to management. This is the important principles in an organization as this principle can consider the succesfull of an organization. After that , while doing the research of structure in the Steinel normalian company, this company can manage the structure and realise the important of key personel of an organization as the key factor is the key of an organization success. This is because the smarter key personel of an organization the successfull of the company is well be trust. Quality assurance techniques research in the Steinel Normalian is abaout the policies of the company,the policy of an organization play the important part as is give trust to the customers and ensure that an organization is disciplinary through its own policy. This is because the policies is the guide to the organization.after that the costing techniques research in the company is to see the cost applied in the company such as appraisal cost, this calculation of cost is important as its contribute to the lost and profit of the company Lastly, my recommendation is the Steinel Normalian need to to ensure the total quality management (TQM ) and quality assurance techniques are applied in the company as its is the main root of an organization management techniques that will bring the successfully of the company.
