B Better representation of the batch in the Dorm Council

YOU, as Ateneo Resident Students, have your own say on what can be done or what has to be done for the improvement of your stay in the dorm. With that in mind, I want to serve you as the voice of the batch inside the Dorm Council and be the one to voice out all the suggestion that you think can be helpful not only to us, but also to our fellow dormers. Aside from being the voice inside the Council, I also want to assume the role of a bridge of the Dorm Council to our batch. I will be the one to relay information that is vital for our stay in the batch such as event announcements.

O Organizational-Relationship Improvement
Based from my observations, there are still a lot of us who are not interacting with each other. I want to break that wall between these people. I want our batch to be closer, closer than ever. I want our batch to be more aware of the presence of each other.

O Observable Paradigm Shift in the Attitude of the Incoming Sophomores

It can be noted that when the dormers are still freshmen, they tend to be very active in the activities inside the dorm. But when they become upperclassmen, they tend to lose their interest in these activities. I want to retain the drive that we have from our freshmen year to our second year in the dorm, even if our academics are slowly getting a bit tougher.

In relation to my previous point, I want the drive of the incoming Sophies to escalate to higher levels. I also want to have a noticeable improvement not only in the academic aspect of the dormers, but also the spiritual and emotional aspect.

S Superb Sophomore Christmas Party

It is a dorm tradition that the sophomores will be the ones to plan the Christmas Party for the whole dorm community. This year, I want the party to be more organized and systematic, without having to remove the aspect of fun in the overall process. Lets have a taste of BOOBS this coming school year That you may suck fully the comfort of ARSAs breasts.

What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
I will say that my greatest strength is my resilience in times of difficulties. Based from previous experiences, I tend to be more driven in the face of hardships. I consider hardships as something not negative, but something that I can grow from or something I can be fruitful in. You will not be considered a person if you have no weakness. Every one of us has our own weaknesses. I am not proud of my weaknesses, but, telling them to other people somehow gives me an assurance that they will slowly understand who I really am. I will consider rejection as my weakness. Even if people will say that we should just accept rejections, I tend to think it over again. I take rejection as something quite destructive, for I believe that if one is rejected; peoples trust in him or her slowly diminishes. Now it comes to another of my weaknesses my trust issues. I can say that I have a tough time trusting people, given that I experienced instances that I gave all my trust in something and that something will just put me down. I strongly believe that my filing of candidacy will somehow help me resolve my trust issues thus giving me the sense of comfort that the people that I trust also trust me.
