Preventive medicines such as Corona ,Polio ,Drops inoculation against Chickenpox and
small pox

C) ​ To impart the knowledge on Health , Education , Nutrition ,Vitamins and small diseases
of other life saving drugs

D )​ To discourage the illiterate farmer families excessive use of pesticides which are harm
full to human being

E ) ​​ To inform the formers about the benefit of changes in crop pattens

3. AREA OF THE OPERATION ​ Any where in India

4. MEMBERSHIP :

1.​ It is open to all irrespective of caste , color ,or creed and religion and to those who have
completed of 18 years old attained majority.
2.​ Every member shall pay an amount of Rs 200 as membership fee at the time of
admission . And each member shall pay Rs 300 as annual subscription at beginning of
every year . If it is not paid within three months from the date of commencement of the
financial year such member shall forfeit the membership .However governing Body /
Executive committee shall have power to fix membership fee at any time . After getting
membership the member shall abide by the rules and regulations of the sociation .

3. ​ Any member of the society may resign his/her membership by notifying to the secretory
in writing with valid reasons .
4 . ​The executive committee may its discretion take such action expulsion of the members
in case of conduct or a activities of such s members are found to be detrimental to the
interests of the society

Gentlemen of the status and rank may be invited by the managing committee to
become patron 5 and vice patron and by paying donations as approved by Executive
committee

6​ FORFEITURE OF MEMBERSHIP :

A .​ Those who resign in writing and whose resignation are accepted by the Executive
Committee
B. ​ Those who fail to attend the three consecutive executive committee meetings
C ​ Those who are expelled by the executive committee hose persons , worse membership
is forfeited , can resign as members subject to the approval of the managing committee
on payment of such fee due or as determined and within the time laid down by
executive committee.

7.​ FUNCTIONS OF THE SOCIETY

1​ To cater the educational needs of the students of the entire area of the operation of the
society by starting educational institutions
2​ To provide vocational training to Children -in- crisis and school drop-outs to make them
self reliant
3​ To provide Primary , Secondary , colleges ,Technical ,Professional , and teaching
education and modern lines
4​ To establish , run and manage Telugu and English medium School s colleges and other
educational institutions .
5​ To establish similar colleges in the entire area of the operation for importing good
education and other educational institutions
6​ To establish and maintain educational institutions , professional , technological l for the
promotion of Literature ,Art, Science , and Technology , Engineering , Medicine ,
Computer Science , Teacher Training , B.,Ed , Nurse , Training , Polytechnic , etc as
decided y the committee from time to time .
7​ To run all educational institutions according to Andhra Pradesh educational rules and
regulations after obtaining the Government Recognition and Aid etc.
8​ To seek application for State and Central Government , Universities ,Authorities and
other official bodies to run the various courses pertaining to various courses
Certificates Degree and Diploma .
9​ To run and maintain the residential colleges , or over separate Hostels , Boardings for
the students
10​ To prepare students for Intermediate , Degree exams of Simhapuri University and of
other universities recognized form the University Grands Commission Government of
India ‘
11​ To award Certificates and Diploma to the students of varus levels as well as to award
talented teachers in recognition of their good work .
12​ To import and Export goods from India and foreign .
13​ To run and maintain the Vocational training Institutions Technical Training institutions
and training provide for youth Boys , Girls and for unemployment such as Cell pone
repair T.V Repair computer Soft ware and Hard ware training on Tailoring and
Embroidery and other trades self employment
14​ To conduct To awareness programme on Corona and other diseases
15​ To organize and establish and maintain the Exhibitions , Museums , Artistic collections
and Libraries etc and translate , compile collect purchase and distribute free of cost
16​ To borrow and raise Money required for the purpose of pursuing the objectives of the
society upon such terms and manner from source may be determined by the executive
committee of the society
17​ To do all such things as may be necessary to attainment of all or many of the above
objectives of the association

8 GENERAL BODY MEETING :

The general body meeting shall be conducted compulsorily every year in the month of
May . But in the especial circumstance it may be conduct at any time if necessary . The quorum
of the general body meeting shall be 1/3 d of the members present at the meeting .The General
body can modify the rules of the society subject to the statutory provision made in the Andhra
Pradesh societies Registratio9. n Act 35 of 2001
9. GENERAL BODY AND ITS FUNCTIONS
A. ​ To elect the members of executive committee / Governing body
B​ To pass the budget for the ensuing year and approval the income and expenditure t
​ statement of the previous year .
C​ To receive and approval the annual report of the society
d.​ To appoint the Auditor
e.​ To transact any other matter for the benefit of the society
f.​ The quorum of the executive body meeting shall be 2/3 of the members .
10 . MANAGING COMMITTEE ITS FUNCTIIONS
A.​ The executive committee shall consist of 7 members i.e
1. Present
2. Secretary
3. Treasurer
4. 4 executive members all 7 members elected by the general body 3 every year
B The executive committee should meet t least once in tree months or on the day
Notified by he secretary and compulsorily in the month of December to review the
transaction
C.​ If a vacancy arise in the executive body it can be filled co-option and executive body
D.​ The body has right to expel any member v/ho violates the rule and regulations of the
society and its ideals , without assigning any reason therefore .
E.​ An annual budget will be presented by the executive committee to the general body at the
annual general body meeting
F.​ The executive committee shall have power to frame byelaw not inconsistent with the rule
and regulations of affairs of all sections of the association subject to the approval of the
general body 7 its nest meeting , in according to the provisions of A.P Societies Act 35 of
2001.
G.​ The quorum of the executive body meeting shall be 2/3 d of the members present
H.​ To conduct and encourage programs in attainment of the Aims and objectives of the
society
I.​ To publish , print ,produce edit distribute sell or purchases books ,periodicals magazines ,
journals ,compendium , digests or any other matter which deserve to be disseminated for
the benefit of public in general and students in particular in every media , including print ,
broadcast and electronic or any other format found suitable

11. THE GOVRNING BODY FUNCTIONS

0. To oversee the affairs of the project , program implemented by the society
1.​ To accept donations , gifts , ets from any sours and seeks to any right full means to arise
founds for the society
2.​ To start take over , maintain , develop and administer and control any development projects
programs and institutions .
3.​ To acquire or purchase assets and immovable properties for the society
4.​ To start mortgage or shall properties of the society for the benefit of the society
5.​ To under take any type of projects or programs for the welfare of society employees
6.​ To consider amendment to rule & regulations , with the approval of the general body
members
12. ELECTION AND NOMINATIIONS:
1.​ The first Executive committee shall comprise of the signatories to the memorandum olf the
society
2.​ The nominations for the election to the executive committee may be sent at least six weeks
before the4 date of general body meeting at which election to be carried out .
3.​ The president of the society shall formulate the method and procedure of election at every
meeting at which the election is exercise .
4.​ The chairman of the general body shall be lection officer
5.​ Every member whose name appears in the register of the members of the society shall have
one vote at the general body meeting of the society at which lection to the executive
committee is exercised . The chairman of such body shall have a casting vote in case of a tie

13. DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS IN THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

I . PRESIDENT
A.​ The president shall preside over executive committee and the general body and special
meetings of the society
B.​ He /She shall have the casting vote in case of a tie on any issue put to vote either by show
hands or by secret ballot
C.​ He / She shall oversee the function of the office Bearers and Sub-committee , If any of the
association in general .
D.​ The President has Authority to borrow loans from Banks and financial Institutions , execute
required loan documents and to sign on behalf of society .
E.​ Thus He / She is total head of the Association .
II. SECRETARY
1.​ The secretary is the Chief executive of the society . The secretary shall be person vested
with the authority to sue or to sued in court of law in respect of any dispute or disputes
concerning the association provided always that the secretary is authorized to delegate this
authority to any member or members nominated ​ by him as may deem fit in the
interests of the society .

2.​ The secretary shall prepare and submit to the Executive committee the annual reports and
get them ratified by the general body at its annual general body meetings .
3.​ The secretary shall be the corresponding Office of the association
4.​ The secretary shall maintain or cause to maintain the following Books 1. Cash book
2. Minutes book 3. Receipt book and Vouchers
6. The secretary shall authorized to acquire , purchased , utilized ,sell ,mortgage the
movable and immovable properties of he society behalf of association
7. All the assets and liabilities should in the name of institution represented by the name the
secretary . The Secretary is empowered to receive the donations from the public grands or
remuneration from the Government or foreign .
​ III TREASURER
A​ The treasurer shall be responsible to maintain the records pertaining to all the financial
aspects
B​ The treasurer shall be authorized to keep an imp rest cash to meet the exigencies of the
association .The treasurer shall be authorized to keep impress cash to meet the exigencies
of he society .The treasurer shall deposit it all money received in the Bank or banks duly
approved by the executive committee by the way of resolution recorded in the minutes
book
​ IV . EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
​ The executive committee members have to do the duties entruded to them bu the
president / secretary from time to time as per the occasion demands for the function if
the society with its activities
​ 14. FUNDS :
​ To carry out the objectives of the society , funds will be raised by donation , gifts and other
offerings as may be determined by the executive committee .
The society shall be authorized to make an application for exceptional deduction to Income tax
department under section 11.12 A and section 80 G of Income Tax Act of 1961
​ The funds of the society shall be spent for attainment of the objects of the society and no portion
there of shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly to any of its members through by any
means . Funds of the society should be deposited in Schedule Bank in the name of the society and
Bank account operated by the President and Treasurer jointly . The society gets funds from local
and abroad.

​ 15. ACCOUNTS & AUDIT

​ All the financial transactions shall be accounted and maintained in the proper records of the Vouchers
,Cash books ,Ledgers and etc .The accounts of the society shall be Audited by qualified charted
accountant and financial year of the society shall be March 31st
​ 16. AMEMNDMENT
​ No amendments or alteration shall be made in the purpose of society unless it is voted by 3/5th of the
members present convened for the purpose and confirmed by 3/5 of the members present in
general body meetings . Such amendment are be carried out only with the prior permission of the
concern commissioner of Income Tax after the society is registered U/S 12 A of Income Tax Act 1961
and in accordance with section 8 of AP .Societies registration Act 35 of 2001 .
​ 17. WINDING UP
​ If the general body feels that it is necessary to wind up the association after thoroughly examine all
aspect , it can adopt a resolution to dissolve the association . The assets etc of the association shall be
transferred to another association having similar aims and objectives . The assts of the association
shall under no circumstances , be shared or appropriated to or by among the members 3/5 majority .
In event of winding up the society if any property or balance of assts remains after set off of all its
liabilities , such as left over assts/assts shall be transferred to any other society having similar aims
and Objects which is also register U/S 12 A and U/S 80 G of Income Tax Act 1961 and accordance
with section 24 of AP Societies registration act 35 of 2001.
​ 18. FILLING UP ANNUAL LIST
​ Every year the society shall within fifteen days from the date of on which the general body
meeting was held , furnish a list to register of the societies which shall contain the names
and address of the members of the managing committee and officers entrusted with the
management of affairs of he society .
​ 19. DISPUTES
​ In the event any disputes arising the committee or the members of the society in respect of
any matter relating to the affairs of the society , any members of the society may proceed
with the dispute under the provisions as mentioned in the A.P societies Registration Act
section 23
​ 20. LIQUIDATION
​ All the legal affairs of the society movable properties shall be settle in accordance section
26 of he A.P Societies registration Act 35 of 2001 in the competent civil courts .
​ ​ 21. LIABILITY
​ The managing committee shall be liable to discharge the debts etc if any .The committee
shall have the power to modify or amend or cancel any of these rules and regulations
subject to the provisions of societies registration Act XXXV 2001

​ It shall be obtaining the approval of 3/5th majority of the general body and in accordance
with the statutory provision made under Act 35 of the society Registration Act 2001 .
