Summary :

WiMedia's UWB technology represents the next evolution of Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPANs) offering end users wireless freedom and convenience in a broad range of PC and consumer electronics products. Current WiMedia products are offered by major OEMs including Imation, Dell and Toshiba, as well as smaller OEMs such as Atlona and Warpia. These products include Wireless USB docking stations, hard drives, projectors and Laptop to HDTV audio/video extenders. Wimedia Alliance is also focused on providing specifications for streaming video applications. WiMedias technology is an ISO-published radio standard for high-speed, ultrawideband (UWB) wireless connectivity that offers an unsurpassed combination of high data throughput rates and low energy consumption. With regulatory approval in major markets worldwide, this technology has gained broad industry momentum as evidenced by its selection for Wireless USB and high-speed Bluetooth. The aim of our project is to manufacture and distribute the cards WiMedia, which is for people who use computers and smart phones to connect easily and quickly Transfer data. The future it intends to convert our company Limited Liability Company in limited company to make it international and global market access easily.

The project Wi-Media offers many solutions for problems of wireless connections is to say, it solves the flow problem. This technology is unique in its qualities, which we can say we're going to attack the market after a short period. It was thought to install the company in Tetouan and after 5 years, our goal is to see this product in the world. What makes us sure of the success of our project is the quality of service.

Market Research :
Environment:
The environment is favorable because Morocco is the gateway to Africa and also very closes to Europe. We will establish in Tetouan because of the short distance between Tetouan and Tangier Med port, which helps us to move the product easily. Companies that have established in Morocco offers a salary to engineers and technicians unless American countries and Europe. For engineers and technicians will not have problems such as Morocco has expertise in this area, such as window cards manufactured in Morocco are the most secure and perform worldwide.

Demand:
Today there are no computers and smart phones without Bluetooth or wireless card, the throughput of these Technologies is insufficient to transfer data that have a large capacity. For example when I need to transmit or receive a high-capacity data when using other technologies take several hours, the WiMedia provides a very high rate that will accelerate the speed of transmission and reception of high-capacity data, hence the demand on this map will be very strong. Maps WiMedia has a very promising market for sale. For example the WUSB proposed by the WiMedia Alliance to replace wired USB connections with old and his USB.

The WUSB works very well in the payroll of America and also it will attack the world as WUSB allows for a tremendous speed transmit or receive data. There are a profitable market for the commercialization of our products and the need for a connection speed and rate very important Transfer helps us to have customers everywhere. The main customers are large companies like HP computers, Dell, Acer ... and the big companies that make smart phones that use a wireless connection for the Transfer of data. The policy will be indirect sales and distribution channels will wind wholesaler. Our work is with large companys computers, smart phones and those of multimedia devices (TV ...)

Competitor product:
There are competing products such as wireless Bluetooth, the throughput of these technologies is low compared to the WiMedia. Wi-Fi has long range than WiMedia. Wi-Fi and Zigbee are known in the international market but as I mentioned before the project plays on the WiMedia throughput is most important in the transmission or reception of data. We will file a patent which protects intellectual property (WIPO), to protect our product.

The circumstances could jeopardize the strategies in this business plan as lack financial or development of new technology. Like all projects there are risks such as economic crises. This kind of project requires a major capital.

Finality:
The project will be the first WiMedia in Africa because of lack of such companies.

Most of the customers are large company that manufactures devices of Multimedia, These companies are installed here in Morocco and Europe.

Because of the quality of services that offers our company, we can make good relations with major companies in the area wireless conexion. With respect to the communication there is no problem, we have the jurisdiction. Sales will direct our premises, we help customers buy and use the company's products or services.

We can make WiMedia cards and sell at a price lower than other competitor.

The circumstances could put at risk the strategies in this business plan It will be three main headings: First the lack of budget, as you know it's a project that requires very large revenue to achieve the goals marked. Second, is the problem of suppliers in case our supplier was financing problems or natural disaster? Third, the emergence of a new competitive technology of our product. The risk is a potential danger more or less predictable, which can affect the outcome of the project. It will not be possible to eliminate all, does not exist zero risk. Of course, it is considered unseemly to guard against the risks inherent to operating a complex project or not elsewhere. However, it is essential to undertake a comprehensive study of potential risks and reasoned more or less predictable, to move beyond beliefs true or not.

For suppliers it is not a big problem because our project is based on research so we buy that simple circuits such as diodes, resistors... The only thing that threatens our existence is the appearance of a new technologys why we have laboratories very well equipped to conduct research for new versions more efficient than the current version.
