Ensure Process Standardization and Improvement Plan. Involve in strategic planning for the development of human resources in the organization. Conducting Orientation and Induction programs. Maintain and update HRIS i.e. management of employee professional data in OAS (Office automation system) Policy Development, Alteration, & Implementation. Enlightening employees about the new developed policies. Interact with institutes/consultancies for services like Training and Recruitment. Initiate the Bi-annual Performance Management System followed by increment and promotions based on the Industry standards. Understand employee expectations by surveying to enhance interpersonal communication and corporate culture throughout the organization. Conscientious for the issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, as well as Termination and Release Letters. Monitoring EPF, filling, Office Automation System (Human Resource Information system/HRIS), etc. Maintaining Database of the Monthly and Yearly Attrition Rate. Handling resignation & termination process, exit interview and other related matters. Taking care of different Employee motivational (Award & Recognition), Social and welfare activities (Team Building / celebrating Ethnic Day). Prepare monthly MANPOWER report, considering the new recruits and attrition of that month.

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition:


Formulate strategies and plans focusing on aligning HR with core business. Developing, implementing and monitoring effective recruitment methodologies and strategies. Responsible for the day to day activities of the Recruitment Team, ensure the team closes the positions within the Lead-time. Making an in depth analysis of the technical expertise required to fulfil the requirement. Coordinating the full life cycle of hiring process including screening and reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and follow up. Resume sourcing: recruitment agencies employee referrals job-sites like naukri, and monster. Doing a preliminary assessment round and qualifying them for technical interviews. Taking proper follow up / Hand holding of the candidates till the position is close. Do the background verification & Reference check of the shortlisted candidates before making the offer. To prioritize and close positions in a short time. Arranging the walk-in sessions for bulk requirement. Effectively used Referral Scheme Policy to cut down recruitment cost.

Performance Management:

Initiate Bi-annual Performance Appraisal system considering relevant data from Engineering tracking tool, and work with supervisors to discuss the feedbacks/ratings with their respective Team members.

Setting KRAs & KPIs for employees of different levels in line with organizational objectives in consultation with respective Project Managers / Delivery Managers. Initiate the process through company Intranet (HRIS) and generating report on successful completion of the appraisal process. Ensuring completion of documentation related to appraisals before confirmation and appraisal by the respective functional heads and the employees. Issuing letters of Confirmation, Extension of Confirmation, Promotion or Increment after approval from the Managing Director. Identification of training needs, Evolution and structuring of training programmes, Interacting with different trainers, Coordinating training programmes for different technical groups.

Compensation & Benefit:


Responsible for conducting Salary Survey, Benchmarking, Standardization of Titles, Pay Structure, and setting the Salary Standards within the company. Accountable for creation of Salary Breakup's for different job categories in occasions like, Offer, Confirmation, Annual compensation revision /Increment. Responsible for providing monthly inputs to payroll like additions, deletions, Loss of Pay (LOPs) , LTA, etc Analyze and provide recommendations for employee salary adjustments based on their performance ratings and industry standard. Maintain Database of Compensation revision, variable payout, Bonus and any other payments.

Payroll:

Prepare & maintain monthly payroll structure, calculate and initiate the salary process after leave & attendance calculation. Validation of HR data for new joiners and resigned employees, verification and updating of employees IT declarations. Continuous monitoring of the monthly attendance records of the employees as well as maintenance of their leave balances. Initiate the monthly Payroll and Full & Final settlement of the left employees. Moreover, handling employee queries on Payroll /final settlement.

Employee Provident Fund (EPF):


Responsible for handling statutory compliances such as EPF related issues( PF Withdrawal, PF Transfer, SSN etc ) Responsible for issuance of employment exchange, form 2, form 5 & form 10. Follow up with Regional PF department for the EPF Withdrawal & Transfer related issues.

Training & development:


Identifying various training needs/skill viz. technical & soft skills. Conduct activities like Speak up session, In house training & Show N Tell. Organizing necessary in-house training as well as various projects demonstration to increase knowledge sharing and skill.

Motivational & Welfare Activities:


Initiate events like Annual picnic and other motivational or engagement activities like monthly birthday bash and Month-end celebration (Get Together) and other fun activities to encourage employee participation. Initiate Employee recognition Awards like Bi-Annual Outstanding Employee award & Employee of the year Award. Maintain good rapport with the employees at all level. Conducting different Team Building Activities and Organizing Social Welfare Activities.

Communication collaboration:

Working with MD in relation to HR related issues. Conducting employee satisfaction survey (One-one Session with employees frequently) which helps to maintain. appropriate contact with the employees to stay abreast of concerns and address issues. Ability to summarize & present important issues briefly & clearly. HR policy modification, Rolling out & Cascading. Responsible for Designing and circulating Annual Company Magazine.
