Science 1 Practical:
1) To Identity the Chloride, bromide and iodide ions from the given salts
2) To identify the type of reaction by studying the reaction and recording the combustion of magnesium in air
3) To identify the type of reaction by studying the reaction and recording the action of dil. Sulphuric Acid on
Zinc
4) To verify the laws of refraction of light using a glass slab
5) To obtain the focal length of a convex lens

Science 2 Practical:
1) To study binary fission in Amoeba with the help of permanent slide.
2) To study budding in Hydra with the help of permanent slide.
3) To study the reproductive system in Hibiscus flower.
4) To study the human male reproductive system.
5) To study the human female reproductive system.
6) Observe the given specimen and study the characteristics of non-chordate animal.
7) Observe the given specimen and study the characteristics of chordate animal
8) To study the physical (Odour and solubility) and chemical properties (Nature and action with Sodium
bicarbonate) of acetic (ethanoic acid).

Instructions:
1) Be present on the day/time/batch allotted to you (On the Big Field Stage)
2) Batch B will be admitted into school only at 11:50am except Class 10th B (Saturday)
3) Bring your writing material, Protractor, thumb pins and Journal.
4) No Practical Examination for the students who come without their Science Journal and submit your Science
Projects
5) Come in Proper School Blue Uniform.
6) Once practical is over, students should leave the school premises
