Bassically there is 4 options simple sentences, compound sentences, complex sentences, compound
complex sentences.

Simple sentence
It has one subject and one predicate all you gotta know is its simple like a secret code for you to know

Subject: Maven Predicate: loves to play badminton

Miss MJ teaches English

Subject: Miss MJ predicate :teaches English

Compoumd sentences
It has more than one part that can stand alone basically its like if you mix two sentences usually theres
an and in the middle of them

I watched the cinema and I ate dinner at nono

We studied all night so we got perfect scores in the quiz


Complex SENTENCES
Basically compound but instead of being two differ sentence the other one the second sentence stacks
on the first and it cant be a sentence on its own

Compound-complex sentences

Theres 5 purposes an author may have

Its in the name think of it like newspapers or natureness books

Pursuade
Its kind of like an ad like the things people give you while walking on SM the posters

Basically making the readears happy while reading like using comedy or telling a nice story
Describe
The author wants the reader to picture something in their mind like a picture mostly with only words

Reflect
The author wants to tell the people his experience and what he thinks or his feelings in a personal level
