Requirements
To set up a Dreamz International School in your city, you require:
1. LAND
In metropolitan cities with a population exceeding 25 lacs, the land
should not be less than one acre with adequate building &
arrangement with other institution/organization for imparting
Physical & Health Education and for conducting games, to the
satisfaction of the Board. In case of lease, it will be accepted if it is
for at least 30 years. In all such cases school should have at least
one acre of land by ownership or by lease for 30 years and in all
case the total land area should not be less than about 2 acres.
In hilly areas, the land should not be less than one acre. The land
area for the schools seeking affiliation in NCT, Delhi should not be
less than the following 4000 Sq. Mts. In all other places, the
minimum requirement of land is 2 acres.
2. CAPITAL
To set up a school the initial capital required is between 2 to 2.5
crores approx.
3. MAN POWER
Apart from the above, we are also looking for the passion and
commitment to run the school.
