allowing for comparable assessments across different periods and projects.
He also noted that ISO provides uniform criteria for evaluation, which helps
in aligning organizational goals with evaluation metrics. This not only
enhances accountability but also improves overall performance.

He also emphasized that the Washington Accord is a significant


international agreement that recognizes engineering education programs
that meet certain standards of quality and learning outcomes. As a model for
evaluation, the Washington Accord can provide valuable insights into
evaluating educational programs, especially in engineering and technology
fields. The Washington Accord establishes a set of standards for
accrediting engineering programs. This emphasizes the importance of
maintaining high standards of quality in education, ensuring that graduates
possess the necessary competencies.

It was also discussed that the Bologna Process is a collaborative


agreement among European countries aimed at creating a more coherent,
compatible, and competitive higher education system across Europe. Central
to the Bologna Process is the focus on student-centered learning, quality
assurance, and the establishment of a European Higher Education Area
(EHEA). By establishing clear frameworks for degrees, the Bologna Process
allows for easier recognition of qualifications across countries, facilitating
student mobility and making it simpler for employers to understand the
credentials of graduates.

The reported also mentioned that the QS Stars model employs a


comprehensive approach to evaluation by considering multiple dimensions of
university performance. This allows institutions to gain a deeper
