APPOINTMENT
Dear Ms. Asha Janwa
We have pleasure in appointing you as GDA W.E.F. 21 SEP 2022 on the following terms and conditions
1. Your monthly in hand will be Rs. 8100/- per month (Eight thousand One Hundred Only). The company reserved the right to
deduct tax at source from
any component of your compensation and take such other action as required by applicable law.
Your reporting and responsibilities will be advised to you by your Departmental Head or any person nominated by him/her.
Ihe company may modify the nature of your duties and designation as if may deem appropriate and you will be expected to
undertake all responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the company at the time.
3. It is expected that you will discharge your assigned responsibilities with high standard of performance quality, integrity and
discipline.
You will be initially posted at Jaipur. However, your services are transferable to any Section/Department, Location Office,
Associate or Sister concern or Subsidiary at any place in India, whether existing today or which may come up in future, at
any time at the sole discretion of Management. In such case you will be governed by the terms and conditions of the serviICes
applicable to new placement location.
5 You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your joining. The probation period may be extended for
Such term asmay be considered appropriate by the management. Upon satisfactory completion of your probation, your
services will be confirmed by written order with the company.
6. During Probationary peiod and any extension thereof, your services will be terminated on either side by giving One month
Notice or salary in lieu thereof. However, on confirmation the services can be terminated from either side by giving Two
Month notice or salary in lieu thereof.
The employment will mandatorily include induction training and on job training from specialized experts. No training fee wil
be charged to the employee. Therefore, a caution deposit of your one month salary will be deducted in 6 month, which will be
returmed back after successful completion of one year.
B. Upon termination of employment, you will also return all company property which may be in your possession. Where the
nature of such aforementioned item(s) cannot be delivered back to the company at the request of the company, it shall be
adequately destroyed and proof of such destruction be given to the company. It will be obligatory on your part to get a proper
relieving letter from the management before your services are deemed to be conducted.
You shall, while in service of the company devote your full time and attention exclusively for the company's work and
responsibilities assigned to you to promote the interests of the company. You shall not engage in any other
commercial/business pursuit, either part time or otherwise, for any monetary gains or otherwise
10. You shall be obliged to follow the work process technical standards protocols and general instructions issued thereof and
service rules of the company as in force and/or amended from time to time.
11. You shall automatically retire from the service of the company on attaining the age of 58 years.
12. Your appointment is subject to your being medically sound and remaining medically fit
13. If any information furnished or declaration given by you in regard to your employment to the company is found to be false or
any material information willfully suppressed or if there is any mIisconduct/irndiscipline commitment of any act detrimental to
the interest of the company, then without prejudice to the legal remedies available to the company. Your appointment would
be liable for termination without any notice or compensation.
14. Confidentially
You will not, at any time, during the employment or after without the consent of the proprietor disclose or divulge or make
public, expect on legal obligations, any infomation regarding the company's arairs or administration or research carried out,
whether the same is confided to you or becomes known to you in the course of your service or otherwise.
15. Loss/Damage to property
You will be held responsible for any loss/damage to company Property issued/made available to you by the company and
such loss will be made good by you.
You are requested to sign the duplicate copy of this letter, signifying your acceptance of the same, for our records.
