Post is an expository news medium designed to explain, inform, describe and define topical issues and truths that are relevant to

the community of believers we serve, who share a common interest in using the Scriptures to unlock personal, social and global phenomena. We do not adhere to the practices and modern protocol of main-stream media; neither do we limit ourselves by denominational doctrines. Our hunger is for the living and active truth that set souls free. Having discovered that a relationship with God bears no resemblance with the religion built by men, we are compelled to live and love Him freely.

2012: Beneath a Cloud of Wrath or the Reign of Righteousness For many around the world, a new year,
always comes with great expectations, resolutions, wishful thinking, anxiety or fear. For the Bride of Christ, this year as the year before it and the years to come, is about standing firm in the faith that was delivered unto the saints. As believers, we do not have the luxury to fear what the world fears for we are not of the world even though we live in it. Saying this, we also do not have the luxury of being ignorant to the times and the seasons we are living in and what all the rapid changes that are taking place means for the common-wealth of Israel and the Bride. Trapped in a perpetual debt crisis the nations of the world must expect divine intervention amidst the confusion hat the Lord will pour out upon the global spheres of influence. At the turn of 2009 and the beginning of 2010, what was only previously shaking began to fall and we can expect a more rapid decline of that which is manmade to continue its tumble. A prepared Bride is the one who has found balance and bravery for the times ahead in the living and active Word of God. The 12 in 2012, is symbolic of apostolic government wherein the government of light will ultimately rise up to judge the government of night. The transitions between the two governments will be nothing short of war in the heavenly places and the earth will feel the impact in diverse ways. The facts on the ground is that the Euro-zone is rapidly heading back into a recession which will have a domino effect on all the nations who are members of the European Union and the United Nations. The economic, and political international rule of law that these two sister organizations pioneers, stands beneath a cloud of wrath that will push the nations who are both members of the EU and UN to raise up and ask questions and take action in extricating themselves from the stronghold exerted by the EU-UN machine. The kingdom of God and the rule of His Christ, does not have any alternatives, it exists by itself, never negotiates, forge alliances, make/amend treaties or orchestrates conferences or summits to keep up appearances. It is a kingdom that exists for family, and its Torah is the instruction by which any other kingdom that wishes to prosper will have to adhere to. The religious, economic and political systems acted upon from the kingdom of darkness are fickle and preferential in their execution of justice, simply because unlike the Kingdom of God, justice is not the foundation of their thrones. Therefore, for those who are not called by the name of God, 2012, will be remembered for deep misery. Throughout the year, both the big and small countries will be choosing new leaders, and based on the corruption in the voting system of each nation, some leaders will take the high place of their nations yet again, to the detriment of their people and themselves. The riots that broke out in 2010-11 will fade quickly in light of the expansion in protests, anarchy, occupations and propaganda that will break out this year. As we delve into the major themes of this issue of The Sign Post, we will be looking at the prophetic patterns and historic timelines to bring some clarity to the season now upon us. In March (2012) while the Russians elect their president, the Iranians will vote for a 290 member Majlis (a place of sitting) and choose 86 Ayatollahs to sit in the Assembly of Experts. What does this mean? Well on the surface it spells trouble for Israel, and all who support Israel, but beneath the surface it also marks a spiritual cleansing and awakening for the sons of the so called Arab Springs, to come to the realization that the undertones of Islam threatens the welfare of those who are Muslims as it does those who are not of Islam. As the sovereign debt crisis takes a turn for the worst, and takes a greater toll on the masses, as usual the bankers pulling the strings of the politicians will remain behind the scene while the public sector stages more strikes. More people will become unemployed amidst the increase implementation of austerity measures, restrictions, regulations and legal drivel all serving the efforts of the international rule of EU-UN law. The lifestyle of the church will change as the Spirit of the Lord comes down to interrupt the regular church viewing and programs. The clever marketing and psychological spin phrases alongside the hyper-conferences will not have the same effect. Many will be awakened to the fact that religion or the organized church is not working for them and respond according to the desires of their heart. In Britain, Queen Elizabeth will celebrate her diamond jubilee of 60 years on the British throne in February, before the nation and the world set their eyes on the summer Olympics which will also turn Britain into an attraction of chaos. The dramatic changes that are currently ongoing, will gain momentum as the year progresses, but the most radical change envisaged is the spiritual one. Confrontations will become the norm as people try to hold on to their religions, be it self made or organized. However, those with the faith in King Jesus, will find themselves in the midst of turmoil walking besides still waters. Families of faith will take their place and homes will be open for fellowship and Godly networking. Those who have eaten from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil will find that they are malnourished, for the tree was never meant to sustain life but to rob it of its spiritual essence. Religious, economic and political knowledge will not balance the budget and it will not bail out the nations that are crippled in debt. Our generation has unrivaled access to a vast cache of information and still yet we suffer for lack of

the knowledge that sustains vision and life. The Lord has weighed our educational system and found it lacking in intelligence. Wikipedia is struggling to maintain an online presence which symbolizes our quick fix mentality drawing to a close. We were warned that knowledge would increase, but the greatness of knowledge is how well we use it to learn of the glory of God. As you read The Sign Post, our reward for the research put into this issue, is that each person will return to searching his/her soul weighing honestly the burdens carried in the heart, and asking God for guidance to balance faith and work with just weights. It is time to wake up, and smell the smoke because it is the only chance we have of detecting where the fire is about to fall. May God bless you all as you read this.

The Return of the Apostolic Mantle

In the first issue of the Sign Post, we told

our readers of the Prophetic Forecast for the years [2010-2012] and noted that it has been revealed that the 12 prophetic books often referred to as the Minor prophets [Hosea Malachi] held within them, the forecast for 12 years [Hosea (2001)- Malachi (2012)]. Since the revelation, we have been able to discern major world shifts in advance of their occurrence with greater insight than many of the sources currently available outside of Scripture. The number twelve spans the Hebrew Scriptures as that which represents the perfection of divine government or apostolic rule. It is therefore no coincidence that at the age of twelve the Lord Jesus was sitting among the teachers in the temple [Luke 2]. While the reader may be aware of this truth, and more as it pertains to the 12 tribes of Israel or the 12 apostles commissioned by the Lord; The Sign Post reviewed the generations from Adam and discovered something quite potent. Twelve generations from Adam the Lord chose to put an apostolic mantle of government on the generation of Arpachshad whose name means healer/ releaser. Then another 12 generations from Arpachshad the mantle was passed on to the 12 tribes of Israel, with the tribe of Judah obtaining the highest order in that office. Now there is much talk in various Christian circles about a new apostolic reformation near at hand, but what is not often discussed is the great price that is paid by those upon whom this apostolic mantle rests. Secondly, the return of this mantle is one that represents restoration of the desolate heritages allotted to those who are called by the name of God. We are told in the two last verses of Malachi [the 12th book] Behold, I am going
to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the father to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse Malachi 4:5 Adam: 1st generation of humanity

apostolic restoration now upon us is aimed at returning to the store house of God [Kingdom] where we obtain what is needed to repair what has been ruined. In the word lies the revelation. When we look at the word restoration again there is the prefix re= [return] and then there is the word rest [to cease from work], then we have restore [to bring back from a state of ruin], then store [a place where things are kept], rat= rate [a value describing one quantity in comparison to another quantity] and ration [a fixed portion]. I gave my team members the task of finding out all the words that makes up the word Restoration and then asked them to pinpoint the message that is hidden in the word. One such person came up with all the words I got [return, rest, restore, store, rate and ration] and formed this statement: Return to Me, and enter My rest,
and I will restore you, and give you access to the stores of heaven, where there is no ration only a steady rate of release of that which is yours The next person got [return,

times of ration, knowing that you have stored up treasures in heavenly storehouses, allowing the Lord to restore what the enemy has taken By putting the mean-

ing of the words I received out of restoration I made the following statement: Return to
the Lord, and cease from your works and He will repair what has been ruined and from His store house in heaven where His treasures are kept; He will give you that which has a value that cannot be measured and a portion fixed in Him. In all three statements,

-6. In 1 Kings 18, we learn that prior to the return and restoration of the apostolic mantle repentance is a prerequisite. Before the great Carmel showdown, Israel was spiritually crippled by the false prophets of Baal and fire was needed to purge the land and repair the altar. It came about at noon [the twelfth hour of the day] that Elijah mocked them 1 Kings 18:27. We later learned that midday passed [verse 29] and those who were calling out to their gods got no answer. Then Elijah said to the people

The return of the apostolic mantle will rest on two measures of seed [Israel and the gentile Bride] to whom the Word [Jesus] had come. The apostolic reformation currently in place is one that is hell bent on creating a reformation than a restoration and wisdom demands that we know the difference between the two. Simply look at the word reformation and note that the prefix re= [return] and form [to make a shape]. Now one cannot make a shape from that which is already formed unless he breaks what is already formed and builds it from scratch. A reformation movement is therefore a counterfeit of restoration with the objective of breaking down and rebuilding what God has already made and what God said only needs to be repaired and restored to its original design. The

the first word seen is return proving that without repentance [returning to God] we cannot hope to repair what has been ruined. Jesus wore the apostolic mantle like the prophets before Him and out of His mouth as He began to preach the kingdom He said repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. Therefore, without repentance there will be no rest, no restoration and absolutely no access to the storehouse of heaven. Again we will learn the stark difference between the mantle and the title because the mantle speaks of the person who is covered in the Spirit and sent in the authority of the Spirit to lay the foundation of repentance upon which the Lord is able to restore that which has been ruined by sin. Title holders of the name apostle will be exposed for fraud, as the ones anointed and appointed to restore desolate heritages are released from the secret place of distinct disciplinary training by none other than the Spirit of the Lord. Therefore, it is more than a title given, it is a mantle worn by those born of the Spirit of God and 2012 will begin to show the difference.

There is Nothing New Under the Sun

Religious Economic Political also says that which has been is that which
will be, and that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one might say, see this, it is new? Already it has existed for ages which were before us. There is no remembrance of earlier things; and also of the later things which will occur, there will be no remembrance of those who will come later still [Ecclesiastes 1:9-11. ]

Then God said, let there be lights in the

expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons and for days and years Genesis 1:14. The Lord is deliberate with His designs of the universe and specific about the function of all that He has created. Signs, seasons, days and years are cyclical in nature allowing history to be written and interpreted. One of the many functions of the Hebrew Bible is its vital influence and interpretation in the world past, present and future. It is written Jesus said to Satan and the world; meaning that everything that pertains to life and Godliness, and the accurate interpretation of times are meticulously recorded in Scripture and more importantly, Scripture cannot be broken [John 10:35]. With this in mind, we must give careful consideration to the truth which

As events in the world unfolds, there will be a greater desire in humanity to understand the nature and cause of things and more importantly what each individual role is in the world that now is. The Spirit of the Lord instructed us to look back 700 years in history and observe the key religious, economic and political trends of the time. We did just that and arrived in the 14th century [1301 AD 1400 AD] and what we discovered in that timeline was nothing short of profound. After investigating several timelines we discovered the key patterns that corroborates with the Scriptures. Before we move on, we would have the reader understand what is meant by AD (Latin: Anno Domini- the year of our Lord) or CE (Common Era). Both AD and CE have the same value and measures the approximated number of years since the birth of Jesus. Therefore,1CE = 1AD, and so 2012 CE-= 2012 AD. The word common in Common Era simply means that it is based on the most

frequently used calendar system: the Gregorian calendar. From our research we discovered three even 700 years period from 1AD-2100AD, which we could place in three distinct categories [i.e. religious, economic and political] as depicted in a basic timeline below. You will notice that between 600AD700AD a period of 700 years ended bringing the spiritual dominance to a close for the economic order to begin its cycle before closing between 1300AD-1400AD for the political order to take its course until its schedule end in the 21st century [20012100]. Now the number 7 denotes divine revolutions and cycles of the Lords dominance in the world affairs. It is also the number of sovereignty and absoluteness and the Scripture is made complete with the divine acts of 7 and so is world history. Prior to the crucifixion of the Lord, He sat down with His disciples and told them of things to come, the sign of His coming and of the end of the age [Matt. 23: 3] following His death, resurrection and the destruction of Jerusalem [which took place in 70AD]. On page 5,we have sign post information relevant to events the Lord said would happen which is found in Matthew 24:2-14. However, the signs of His coming and of the end of the age is dealt with in both Matthew 24 and 25 which is left for another time.

Spiritual awakening
Historical evidence confirms that Jesus lived around 34 or 35 A.D. and then died prior to the end of 36 A.D. This is evaluated on the basis of the key individuals of that time like Caiaphas [High Priest for Israel] and Pilate [Prefect of Rome] recorded in the Gospel, epistles and historical texts. The times before and after the Lords ministry on earth would have been the most dominant events within that 700 year period, upsetting all the religious orders of that time causing a global upset. The gospels and the book of Acts are most profound in their scope of that period of time.

Economic awakening
By 650 A.D. the worlds major religions [Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity & Islam] were at their peak. By 500 AD Rome suffered a decline giving rise to the economic power houses of Spain and Italy who became the pioneers of Europes complex economic dominance. Wars increased to shift the wealth of ruling nations like the Mongols who ruled the greatest contiguous land empire in history exceeded in area only by the future British Empire. Heretical movements rose and began challenging church authority on doctrine. The church of Rome responded with inquisitions and crusades. All throughout this period the Jews and the believing church were being persecuted and their wealth confiscated.

Political awakening
In the 14th century, the civilizations of the old world were connected by a network of long distance trade routes giving cultural and political dominance to those who had the most influence [i.e. the Ottoman Empire under the rule of the Muslims] who declined around the 17th century. Discovery of the Americas [1490] by the likes of Columbus, the creation of centralized governmental treaties, and key inventions began Europes progress from the margins of the known world to hold a place of global political dominance with France and Britain being the key players of the time into the 21st century . Now the EU-UN is the ruling empire with its international rule of political law and order.

Please note that as the political order comes to a close between 2000-2100, the cycle begins again with a spiritual awakening. These three 700 year cycles houses within them both the end and the beginning of the sovereign rule of God in the affairs of humanity.

After rightly dividing Matthew 24:2-14, we were

able to comb through the 14th century [13011400] finding all that the Lord said would come to pass. By overlaying the pattern the Lord outlined for His disciples in each century down to the 21st century, we are left with the repetitive cycle of the unbroken power of the Word of God, with the only difference being that as the centuries progress towards the end, the things that Jesus said would happen increased in momentum and multiplied in weight for the following generations of humanity. For instance, one of the great catastrophic events of the 14th century was the Black Death, [aka, Black Plague, or Bubonic Plague] that literally brought the world to its knees claiming lives in the thousands. However, at that time, world population was nowhere near the size it is today. By the turn of the 15th and 16th century the first record of the Influenza pandemic was made known and gradually increased in fatality until the 20th century [1918] claiming up to 100 million lives worldwide. World population today [21st century] is said to be at 7 billion, any pandemic the likes of the Black Plague or the Influenza would be far more devastating. Looking again at the above diagram, you will notice that as the world undergoes the phenomenon of judgement, the church simultaneously undergoes tribulation. As the plague tore through every fibre of the 14th century, the commonwealth of Israel and the bride were blamed for the plague and severely persecuted by those who were under the control of the spirit of the antiChrist/s. Lastly, when the acts of the antiChrist/s are added to the wars, rumours of wars, national and international political struggles, famines and earthquakes, the Lord tells us that their

sum total yields the result of an increase in lawlessness (anarchy) and cold indifference [Matt. 24:13-14]. However, on the side of the commonwealth of Israel and the bride when all that they must go through is totalled, the result yields enduring faith which in effect commands a global awakening, from which comes a mighty harvest of souls. Below are some of the 14th century world manifestations of the patterns outlined in Matthew; helping us to forecast the 21st generation phenomena. Over on page 6, is brief portrait of the life of one who God rose up in the darkness of the 14th century to demonstrate the truth of the Word that enduring faith is the seed bed that bears the fruit of kingdom harvest. For it is written behold,
darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples, but the Lord will rise upon you, and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Isaiah 60:1-3 in context.
The Great Schism: [Anti-Christ/s] 13781417. This was a 40 year feud between the Italian pope Urban VI and French pope Clement VII as to who was the only true successor of St. Peter. The feud caused chaos in Christendom and great injury to the papacy. The people of the time did not know which one pope to obey as both popes were busy accusing the other of being the anti-Christ [which they both were]. All in all the papacy was exposed for what it truly was.

Nations against Nations: Hanseatic League: Economic & military defensive league of free towns in northern Germany concerned with negotiating trade deals in order to influence imperial policies. Reached the heights of power in the 14th century Kingdoms against Kingdoms: Rise of the Ottoman [Islam] empire who came up against [Christian] kingdoms of southeastern Europe. Wars & rumors of war The Hundred Years' War began when Edward III of England laid claim to the French throne in 1337. Politically, the aristocracy and the monarchies seemed unable to defend the lands and subjected their people to the long drain of the 100 Years War economically. Famines: 1315-1317: The Great Famine. Struck all of northern Europe, eye witness accounts tell that the poor & hungry had to eat cats & dogs and too the lives of millions. 1347-1353 Black Death deemed the worst disaster in European history. Jews and Christians were blamed, burned & banished for the plague; in some instances the church blamed the Jews. Earthquakes: 1303-Crete, 1348- Fuiuli & 1356 Basel. These earthquakes made the history books because they left a mark of on humanity. Needless to say every time there is an earthquake the geo-physical construct of the earth undergoes a shift, and that shift affects every area of our lives on the earth. Couple this with the fact that man can now create earthquakes!

John Wycliffe: The Prince Restorer of the 14th Century

As darkness covered the earth in the 14th century, the Lord in His mercy, as in the centuries before, once again released the Apostolic mantle upon a son of the kingdom to restore the word of truth. Out of the darkness came the light upon John Wycliffe, a most formidable force whose dedication to the Word, [Jesus] holds the highest place of honor in the 14th century and whose work still inspirers men today. His titles were many; the Gospel Doctor, Chaplain to the King of England, called to defend the rights of the English crown as a royal ambassador against the tyranny of Rome, professor of theology at Oxford and appointed by the king to the rectory of Lutterworth. He was learned, eloquent and humble, but above all these attributes and titles, he was a son of the Kingdom who came in the same Spirit that rested upon Elijah to restore the desolate heritages. He was not a reformer, and the Great Reformation which came after him paled in comparison to the work he was commissioned to do; which was to put an English version of the Bible into the hands of England that she would run with it as a torch and set the world alight. History records that Wycliffe fearlessly accused the Roman priesthood of having banished the Scriptures, and spent his whole life demanding that the Bible be restored to the people and its authority take its rightful place in the church. In the midst of the Great Schism , as the two opposing popes were busy condemning each other of being the anti-Christ [which they both were] in a tract he published titled On the Schism of the Popes he remarked that God
would no longer suffer the fiend to reign in only one such priest, but...made division among two, so that men, in Christs name, may so the more easily overcome them both [Life and Opinions

Mark Leonard called upon his readers to indulge in vain imaginations thus burying their heads in an illusion while exposing the rest of their being to a world where what matters is that you obey the law- whether you are for or against the law and its maker. Ridiculous, as this may seem to those steep in religion, Leonards writing did not fall on deaf ears, for Europe has done everything possible to bring to pass the failed ideologies of the fallen prince-Satan. Owing to the deliberate emphasis placed on money, whenever there is any talk of it, the lack of it, or end of it, a global panic ensues, and after the smoke has cleared, what is left are a new or rehearsed set of laws and currencies, that last for as long as it is necessary until another ideal of Satan is accomplished. The excuse for these laws are always the same throughout history to prevent what happened in such and such a year from ever happening again. The Great Depression of the 1930s is a case in point, setting up the world to receive the international rule of law that would be implemented when the United Nations took the seat of global governance in 1945 under the watchful eye of the elites of Europe who founded it. The economic meltdown of 2008, was worse than the 1930s depression and up to the end of 2011 it got no better, but new laws are now in place that the masses are not remotely aware of yet that will turn their attention soon enough from the burden of the budget to the spiritual burden of their being. Now, in order for one to suffer a fall, he must be at a certain height. Therefore in the decline of Europe the 21st century will see Satan rise to the highest seat of world power before he suffers a deadly fall. As he proceeds to this seat of power, the religious, economic and political spheres of influence upon which he has established his throne will still continue to decline across the world before it collapses for good. Truly the pride of Satan must go before his destruction and his haughty spirit before his fall: Proverbs 16:18. His pride is now in decline, but his fall is yet to come. Therefore as we observe the decline of Europe, we are also bearing witness to the coming fall of the kingdoms of this worlds; then we shall see Gods kingdoms.

Securing a Loan on Righteousness

glory. It is the wisdom of God that gives us the ability to produce wealth [Deuteronomy 8:18]. Money is an attribute of wealth but it not wealth. To those we have entrusted our minds to, they have taught us to think of money as wealth. The moment we start thinking of money as wealth, we automatically turn our ambitions in acquiring money to the glory of mammon. Should we replace wisdom for Jesus and reread Ecclesiastes 7:12 we would have: Jesus is a shelter, as money is a shelter, but the advantage to those who have knowledge of this, is: that Jesus preserves the life of the one He possesses. The spirit of Mammon offered Jesus the kingdoms of the world and their glory, but the spirit of wisdom recognized that in accepting the riches offered to Him, He would also need to pay homage to Satan. Is it not written; the rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lenders slave? Proverbs 22:7. However truth exhorts us to acknowledge the fact that we were bought with a price; [so we wouldnt have to ] become slaves of men 1 Corinthians 7:23. When a person becomes a believer [ not just a Christian-by name], the Lord begins a process of credit restoration. The blood of Jesus cancels the debt we owe Satan by investing His life as a payment for the loans we took out with Satan. In essence He becomes our guarantor, banker and insurer just by His blood, and accredits His righteousness to us that we will be debt free and death free. He forgives us of our debts, and gives us insight on how to interpret and overcome Satans loan sharks and more importantly, how to create and manage wealth. To get on Gods credit rating, one must make an investment of obedience, thus obtaining a secured loan on righteousness that guarantees that all the necessities of life are covered by God. By buying our debts out of the riches of His glory and assuring our wealth by using His blood as a life insurance policy for us, the only thing we need to do in order not to jeopardize the arrangements is being obedient to His voice commands. Until you make an investment in obedience, your tithes will not be able to cover what you owe Satans banks, neither will your overdrafts from his banks, secure your interests without more debt. Many pay their tithes out of debt every month to their respective Sunday fellowships and still yet have not seen the Lord open for them the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that over flows as stated in the Book of Malachi. Why is this so? Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say How have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the whole nation of you! Malachi 3:8-9 What is the curse we are cursed with? The answer is in verse 11, then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes The devourer is a spirit attached to those who rob God in tithes and offering. Now most know that tithe means 1/10th. It is giving out of what God has given you in acknowledgement of His provision. You cannot give unless you have been given, and neither should you give where God has not told you to give. We are accused by the Lord of robbing Him, not because we havent brought a 1/10th to Him. No, we are charged with theft because we do not wait upon the Lord to receive His instruction as to what we should do with His tithes and offering to the glory and honour of His name. When His glory is given to another, the Lord shuts the heavens over the perpetrator and the devourer is allowed to destroy the fruit [harvest of your labour] and the ground [productivity of talent applied to your work]. The vine casting its grapes, refers to all the little projects you have got going, that no matter how much you try, you keep missing your breakthrough. The Lord exhorts us to Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there will be food in My house vs 10. When the tithe is due, and an offering is asked for, you should be asking God to show you His storehouse and His recipient of the offering. Once you have portioned what belongs to God, it becomes the Lords to do whatever He pleases with it. The Lords choice of a storehouse may not necessarily be what you are expecting but nonetheless your obedience is all that matters and not Gods recipient choice. Tithing your own way keeps the devourer in your pocket who is quick to point you to places to sow where the Lord will not send rain and to give to purses with holes in them. Do you know the difference between belief and obedience? The Lord asked me one day. Belief gives you hope, but obedience gives you result. People hope because they want results but should you obey Me, you will never have to hope. Hope lies down in tranquil rest in the breast of those I find obedient Read: 1 Samuel 15:22-23

In every generation of humanity, there are

those who make their peace with the problems in society and later fall to pieces when the problems reach breaking point; and those who make peace with God, and are safeguarded and given clarity into the nature of the problem and strategies in overcoming them. The parody above, is a case in point for even as it gives us a tickle, its truth reflects our ignorant worship of the loveless spirit of Mammon [the ancient deity worshipped as the god of riches]. Money remains one of the primary distractions of our times, and millions are suffering from perpetual brokenness caused by severe debt. Understandably, with money we are able to purchase our indulgences, secure influence, engage in charity, cloth, feed and shelter ourselves. But these are just the external forces of money. Scripture tells us that; wisdom is a shelter, as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: that wisdom preserves the life of its possessor Ecclesiastes 7:12. Wisdom is both an internal and permanent shelter that preserves the life of those truly possessed by the wisdom of God in their spirits. On the other hand, money is an external shelter, and without it, if you have Wisdom [Jesus] as a friend He will provide for all your needs according to the riches in

A Womans Intimate Embrace with the Serpent At the beginning of the year 2009 as I waited on
a word from the Lord, amidst detailed insight He told me that 2009 marked the beginning of the years of the women. I was pleased that we would see women arise out of the shadows from every corner of the globe without time, limits or the male ego, to contend with. Later the Lord would take me back to the book of beginnings [Genesis] and open my eyes to the grave responsibility of the woman and ultimately His Bride. As women become more daring on screen and off screen, the more the word of truth enthrones itself upon our realities. Eve embraced the voice of another over the voice of her husband and set the course of enmity between her and the serpent in perpetual motion for all generations of women. As mother of the living she became the seedbed that would bring forth both the fruit like Abel [good] or a fruit like Cain [evil]. To understand the journey of the woman we need to first look at her relationship with the serpent. Knowing Adam heard directly [primarily] from God, while Eve heard indirectly [secondarily] from Adam in regards to what God said, Eve became the target of approach for Satan. In Genesis 3:1-6 on a spiritual level we are looking at the interaction between the spirit [Adam], the soul [Eve] and the flesh [serpent]. The spirit in a man hears directly from the Spirit of the Lord, so there is no excuse on Adams part in having disobeyed God hence the Lords stark rebuke of Adam who got the longest sentence. There has been some very passionate arguments made by both women and men in regards to the outplay in the garden, and the figurative symbolism of the fruit. However, what I want to draw your attention to is the womans three levels of reasoning that made the decision for her to eat the fruit. It is often said that if looks could kill we would all be dead, but upon casting her gaze upon the fruit, the mother of the living did die. With eyes wide open the serpent told her that her eyes would be opened; which eyes was his speaking of? The eyes that led to the opening of the windows of her soul. When the soul [intelligent consciousness of self (will) awareness] is aroused, in comes the rule of appearances that incites our insatiable appetites, sensual appeals and the ambitions that dictates our aptitude. Personally, I didnt need to go in search of historical records to prove this truth, I only needed to be honest with myself and when I looked beyond myself at my friends, my family and then the wider society from entertainment to advertisements the truth of Genesis

echoed. Through the diverse expressions of women in entertainment, many are apt to think that female power is on the rise, and truth be told, it is. But we cannot be ignorant of the fact that many women have still not grasped the scale of the enmity between them and the serpent. In this regard, as they take in the messages of girl power dancing to the anthems of artists such as Beyonce, who has become one of the leading female artists pushing female empowerment not necessarily by being herself but by embracing the serpent of self; the alter ego she refers to as Sasha Fierce. When Eve [the soul] chose to listen to the voice of the serpent [the flesh] even while Adam [ the spirit] was there with her, having

made up her mind, to eat, she did so. One of the many lessons to learn here is this; as the soul stands in between the spirit and body, she is often torn between the two voices. The Bride of Christ, is in a similar position; married to the spirit of Christ but often finds herself cheating on Him with the devil. But less we forget, the Lord did say your desire will be for your husband In other words the desire of the soul will always be for the spirit. After their eyes were opened they realized that they were naked, until the Lord made garments of skin [His own flesh] and covered them. A woman who truly knows her soul, does not embrace the serpent [flesh], she crushes it.

The Purpose of Women who Restore Nations Whether veiled in a hijab, or head wrap as
a sign of national honour coupled with beauty and intelligence, there is an awakening. Be it on the red carpet in Tahir Square [Middle East] or sun worn dust roads of rural Africa, there is a growing presence of women; on screen, off screen, behind the scenes and on the streets giving vision a voice. Some women have jumped on the wagon of change, as a sign of rebellion while others are on the journey with restoration on their mind. Often we get confused in discerning her passion, her pursuits and her protests for her God ordained purpose on earth. Now that the Lord has lifted the sceptre on behalf of the women, it is the responsibility of God fearing women to be vigilant and watch for what is righteously being restored and highlight the abuses that some women are prone to cause. As the numbers grow and more women ascend to the high places of authority, it is easy to let Beyonce's song girls-we run the world to become the international anthem of women, without seeing the venom of the serpent. The Lord accused the Church of Thyaria for allowing that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants, to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. Revelation 2:2023 [in context]. The Jezebel recorded in Scripture is featured as the wife of King Ahab, who promoted the Canaanite religion of the spirit of the serpent in Israel. She was bold, and no doubt beautiful. Her serpenticious influence over Ahab turned his heart and the hearts of the people away from worshipping the One true God. After Elijahs confrontation with Baals 850 false prophets Jezebel did not tremble or repented but sent a message to Elijah, saying So let the gods do to me, and more also, If I do not make your life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time 1 Kings 19:2. The next verse told us that Elijah arose and ran for his life. Jezebel was empowered to speak for the serpent for she was soul-ed out to his cause. She was known and feared. Over in chapter 21, with great strategy she masterminded the murder of Naboth for his vineyard. In every sphere of influence where there are women with authority, the spirit of Jezebel is also present. As we looked at women in the entertainment industry as a case in point, the spirit of Jezebel reigns in great power. While Jezebel was married to Ahab in the natural she was the bride of the serpent in the spirit, and her devotion was souled out to him. The Jezebelic spirit can influence men also but predominantly it attaches itself and Eves interaction with the serpent in the garden as previously outlined, is the root cause why this spirit prevails mostly in women, and also against them. In the book of Revelation, the Lord cautioned those with the Jezebelic spirit to repent of sexual immorality, and she did not repent Owing to her rebellion the verdict of the Lord followed that she be cast into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. [And He] will kill her children with death Revelations 2:21-23. Often it is what seems right to a woman that leads to a proliferation of problems. I grew up hearing such phrases like; a woman needs a man, like a fish needs a bicycle, I can do bad, all by myself or I can fill this bed by myself. Such negative empowerment, does not serve the community that truly desires positive change. In not experiencing the atrocities of women who go out everyday with the reality that they may not ever come home, in certain nations of the world because they could be raped, murdered, sold or kept as sex slaves, exposes the free-dumb of many women in the west, whose protests are rebellious and counter productive to the reality of women around the world. In December 2011, a Ukrainian woman activist group called Femen Group took to the streets to stage a topless demonstration at Kievs Olympic stadium. Their protest is in effort to stop the attempts to legalize prostitution during the 2012 European Championship hosted by UEFA. With their breasts exposed, they presented images of themselves in positions that men would find more as an advertisement for prostitution than a protest against it. Contrast and see the difference of a veiled woman who was severely beaten and exposed in Cairo, Egypt in the Tahrir Square for protesting against the regime that rules Egypt. Which of the two cases presented here would appeal to your conscience the most? There is much to celebrate about the awakening of women to their ordained purpose. The Nobel Peace Prize looked upon the work of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf [President of Liberia], Lehmah Gbowee known as the peace warrior also of Liberia and Tawakul Karman of

Yemen and celebrated their non-violent fight for the liberty of their nations in all aspects. These three women fought with heart against dictatorship, sexual violence and injustice in Liberia and Yemen. They didnt do it because they had their eyes on the prize, they simply discovered their purpose. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf became the first woman to be freely elected to lead the state of Liberia. She led a sex strike as part of her campaign to force the men of Liberia to end the civil war. The strike wasnt to emasculate or rebel against the men but to save their lives by having them understand that if they were to die and leave their women behind it would be a strike also against women conjugal rights. Leymah Gbowee was not only a peace warrior but a prayer warrior, who mobilized the women of Liberia across every ethnic and religious quarter of the country and prayed an end to 14 years of civil war. They picketed, fasted and prayed amidst the bullets. Her heart was captured by the Lords, to look upon the enmity of the serpent against the women in the land, traumatised and often raped by the militia men, and she rose up and went to battle in the Spirit. Tawakul Karman staged sit ins as she called for the release of prisoners in Yemen. These women discovered their purpose and the Lord raised the sceptre of victory and praise for them in the world. May you discover your purpose and unlock the ancient gates of potential for your nations and subsequently the world. Look up ladies into the son-light and radiate His shine. Selah

The shock for such commentators and the spectators looking on came when youth from every section of society partook of a rare demonstration of frustration, anger and resentment of the conditions they have either been raised in, or have had to observe taking place within a particular demographic of the population with no say, no avenue and no influence to demand change. Shops were looted; cars petrol bombed and buildings were set alight endangering the occupants and causing many to lose not just their homes but all their belongings, photographs of loved ones and historical familial documents they were left with nothing. The Prime Minister, David Cameron and his colleagues were seen to eventually rush back from their holiday breaks in order to launch Operation Cobra where discussion of military intervention, water cannons and imposing curfews were considered. What is interesting to note is that Operation Cobra was a joint military strategy implemented in World War II in the attempted capture of a town in Normandy called Caen in 1944. What we can see from this parallel is the ingrained perception of our youth as an enemy of the state, the question is, why? Scriptures state the wise words that Jesus of Nazareth shared when being challenged by the religious authorities about his power and authority, he said; "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house [divided] against a house falls. Our youth is the answer to unjust practices, partiality between politicians and business, and the bridge that will heal the breach between man and God. The operation of the Cobra is a tactical plan to destroy the authority and leadership of men and the generations that follow, ensuring that Gods family will always be in disunity, disarray and divided. Men are the head of a family, they ensure identity by name (a child traditionally takes his fathers surname) and relationship, they ensure security through presence, and purpose through action. Its time to mend the breach, for the hearts of the fathers to return to the children and for the children to turn back to the fathers; all hell is against us, for they know that should we unify, we shall arise!

Separation, Miscommunication and Trust

Fare well to Britains Welfare The lessons of the 14th century have proven
most profound as we investigated several timelines reflecting the international tensions that exploded on all the seven continents of the world. We are not even mid-way into the 21st century and yet we are feeling the weight of cross continental symptoms that beset the 14th century. For those who have been following the articles written on the introduction of Universal Credit: Welfare that Works made public on November 11th 2010, followed by the Welfare Bill introduced in February, 2011, and now undergoing the final stages of processing through Parliament; you would have known that it spells a sober decade for those who are recipients of Britains State benefits. In every issue of The Sign Post, we have not failed in shedding light on the dark clouds that hang over the heads of those who will now be automatically transferred onto Universal Credit. As defined for our readers in the summer issue of TSP, credit is an
agreement between a buyer and a seller in which the buyer receives the good or service in advance and makes payment later, often over time with interest. With this in mind, every-

of the state that took its dominant place in the 15th century. But lets look at what happened in the 14th century that laid a foundation for what Welfare is today. As always those who make the laws of the land do so for those who own the land, and want to own the people living on the land in order to maintain their estate. Whenever the people who did not own property would rise up against the state, the ones who did own property would sit down and pen laws to suppress the poor even more. In 1349, the first laws were passed to make

to bleed to debt, as always each society reflects a widening gap between the poor citizens whose incomes fall while their living expenses rise and the richest sector whose wealth increases regardless of the debt of nations. Then there is the theory that as the population increases there is a squeeze on food production and a strain on the environment. Such are the regular insults men cast up everyday in the sight of other men and God. The earth has witnessed the birth and death of every generation of humanity and it has honored the commandment of God to produce for each successive generation. The earths supply was not dependent on the demand of man, but on the command of God. The earth did as it was told and when a body was formed from the dust of the earth for Adam, he was told what provision was available to him for food. Having a bodily connection to the earth, as man rebelled against God or return to Him, God either healed the land where mans sins have inflicted great wounding or allow the wound to fester into nonproductivity, thus adversely affecting those who depend on it for survival. The Lord not only provided food, He told us that the green plant was the best of the earth for us and every beast of the earth. As we cared for the land, we are in essence caring for ourselves and to strengthen the principles of relationship between the earth and man and man and God, the Lord planted a garden placing the man in it to cultivate and keep it. The global rise of the often obsessive environmentalists shows how unjust our weight have become in regards to interpreting the appropriate God ordained relationship between the earth and man. Worst yet, we will not be able to heal the wounds we have inflicted on the earth until: the people who are called by the name of the God, humble themselves, pray, seek the face of God, and turn from their wicked ways. Upon doing these things the Lord promises; to hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal the land. 2 Chronicles 7:14. UK food prices are rising more rapidly than most other OECD [Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development ) economies and have significantly outstripped food retailers cost inflation. On bread prices...the UK stands out once again as an economy where consumer price inflation is outstripping domestic costs. This is not happening in any of the other economies examined.

In the past year everyone has noticed the increase of food prices through inflation in the shops, but even I did not see it as starkly as I had this time. In mid December just prior to Christmas I walked into my local superstore to make a few purchases, one of which was canned kidney beans. I was converted to kidney beans just over one year ago, at first I didnt understand why, for it was like a craving, actually a need to have as a staple food in my diet three to four times each week, and this continued for roughly five months. As the weeks turned into months, I did a little research into these curious little beans and found them to be one of the most highly nutritious items that we could eat. It was in the midst of this unusual change in diet that the Lord revealed the necessity for preparation in the event of an emergency which would affect goods being delivered for sale in regional supermarkets. No sooner had this insight been given when the snow storm in 2010 hit the UK causing the exact thing I had been told, disruption of deliveries due to icy roads, heavy snowfall and no salt to grit the roads. So back to the kidney beans! I picked up my usual no frills kidney beans, which when I last visited cost 16p a tin, only to find that they were now 25p per tin the cheapest and simplest of food had risen over 50% in the month of December, imagine how much more other food stuffs are on the same train ride up the mountain of inflation. My friends, it is time to plan ahead! I kicked myself, that even as I advocated for food to be stored at home in the past two

years, I failed to do the same. Where I would have spent 16p for a tin of kidney beans, I now have to spend 25p. This means that where 3 cans of kidney beans (at 16p) would cost me 48p, I can only buy two with the same amount of money one month later this is no good, for me or you reading this. It is time to wake up and pay attention! The Sign Post is a medium to highlight an area and sign post activities and scriptural relevance, but it is your choice to follow a sign post pointing in one direction, or ignore it and follow another pointed in the opposite direction. A quart is estimated at 1.5 litres dry goods, and a denarius is interpreted as a days pay or 1 in different bibles. In 1865 the British pound had the purchasing power of an estimated 60 today, which is an average days wage after tax. Today 1 in most supermarkets cannot buy a loaf of bread - it has lost its value almost 60 times over the course of the last 100 years. These are the times we are living in today. A little research reveals that a Denarius coin struck around 200BC for the Roman Empire was estimated to be the equivalent of $21 in 2005, hence the relevance of a days pay. However over time it was devalued and replaced with a new coinage. Food prices will continue to increase, with sudden drops for very short periods which will be headlined in the news giving a false sense of security, and many will spend beyond their means at this time; however we will find in reality that we cannot buy the same amount or type of food month on month. The focus in starting to store up is to do it little by little, day by day. It is easier to spend 1 every few days than 10 all at once, and put that which is bought into a box to be stored safely for use at a later date. In this article not only are we showing the times we are in, but also a way to prepare so as not to be caught short in difficult times. Food banks have been springing up all over the country, mainly in cities as was highlighted in the Autumn edition of The Sign Post 2011. We have been given an opportunity to prepare ourselves for the coming storm and scriptures give us insight and knowledge in how to implement such a task. In the book of Genesis 41, after Joseph had interpreted the dream of Pharaoh, he had the wisdom to implement a strategy that saved the lives of his family, those in the city and those dwelling afar. It is certain that those who heard about the collection of grain over the seven years also created their own private store at home that aided them and eased the time they lived in. There are many ways that we can still counteract this, but it takes the creation of a new mind-set; one of saving or storing food. At present in the UK we do have alternatives to mainstream stores, and now would be a good time to frequent them to look for items that would otherwise cost 2 or 3 more if bought anywhere else. Pound Shops: for vitamins and minerals, bleach and antiseptic lotions, cleaners, toothpaste, shampoo, Supermarkets: for own brand pain killers, cough mixture, dried herbs and spices. and Cash and Carry: for rice, noodles and large packs of seasonings, sugar, flour and oil. For the most part of the summer of 1314-1316 it rained heavily, and the climate kept fluctuating between extremes. The flooding caused crops to rot and livestock died in water-clogged fields and so the famine began and rapidly spread throughout Europe. At that time a Latin chronicle was written titled The Vita Edwardi Secundi [Life of Edward II] whose author is still unknown by name but identified as an English medieval histo-

rian and contemporary to Edward II. He accused the English for the cause of the famine arguing that they excel other nations in three qualities; in pride, in craft and perjury. All this comes from the wickedness of the inhabitants The author may have not known that the famine had infected all of Europe but he spoke the truth of his people. The storage of food in the 14th century triggered an inflation. History of that time records that a quarter of badly cleaned and scantly weighed wheat cost forty shillings or more, six or eight times the normal price. The 21st century is not immune to similar symptoms, just look at 2008. Above the reasons for the inflation is the reality that we are also on the brink of World War III, and in that light famine may not come our way via natural disasters but by man-made means. The outline God gave us in Matthew 24, tells us that several disasters can exhaust humanity all in one go. The Great Famine was soon followed by the Great Plague and then by Great earthquakes. The Awakening of the Springs in Arabia In 2011, the phrase Arab Springs entered
into our minds and also into the archives of history. The international press focused on the revolutionary demonstration of Arabic nations confronting the despotism in their countries while the Arabs heralded it as an Arabic Awakening grabbing ahold of their future from tyranny; nationally and internationally. From an Islamic perspective, Shariah (Islamic Law) is the remedy to fill the vacuum of the regimes that have been overthrown. This awakening means different things to us depending on our individual prejudices, intellect and spiritual maturity in understanding sociopolitical-religious affairs and the interpretation of Biblical prophesy. The Spring in the phrase Arab Spring prophetically points to the rise of the tribes of Ishmael whose name means he will hear God. Most are familiar with the story of how Ishmael was born to Abraham and Hagar; the Egyptian bond servant to Sarah. For those not familiar with the history of a family feud, you can pick it up in Genesis 16 through to 18. Hagar fled from the presence of Sarah and then the angel of the Lord
found her by a spring of water in the wilderness Genesis 16:7. The Clash between the Moon Star and the Morning Star With todays chronically controlled international press covering the Middle East, and the growing Islamic tension around the world, it is often difficult to discern the elemental truths from the ones that are contrived to manipulate interpretation. However, the commonwealth of faith has been giving certain signs as keys by which we can accurately discern the truths from the lies.
Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons and for days and years. God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also Genesis 1:14-16. The crescent

moon and star is internationally recognized as the symbol of the Islamic faith and holds within it the code that unlocks the truth about Islam. In Mesopotamian mythology, there existed a god who went by the name Sin which came to be identified with the Semetic name sin we encounter in the Hebrew Scripture. Sin or nanna is the god of the moon and we are told in Genesis that the moon which is the lesser light was given authority to rule the night. Islamic law, is Sharia law which is the law of

the Quran and very unlike The Law posited within the Torah that the Lord gave to Moses for the commonwealth of Israel. The Quran, like the Bible, is the book that legislates the moral code of all who are of Islam. Having owned a copy of the Quran, it is clear that the revelatory insight Mohammad received from the angel who appeared to him, does not reflect the angelic encounters of the personalities we read of in the Scriptures. In my research into the nature of Islam in Britain, I came across what has been dubbed: Islamic Prevent: Preventing Secular Fundamentalism and the Occupation of Muslim Land. Having spent some time reading the Quran, I find this movement to be an accurate portrait of Islam. Islamic Prevent was launched as a response to the British government policy called Prevent that aimed at forging an alliance with local authorities and the Muslim community

to prevent violent extremism. Islamic Prevent, was then introduced and a pamphlet was created with 18 clauses that I have included here. The team behind the work in their introduction said
we would like to state at the beginning that all our points and advice are based only on the Quran and the Sunnah (i.e. the sayings, actions and consent of the Messenger Muhammad (saw) upon the understanding of the Sahabah (i.e. his companions, may Allah be pleased with them)

Again there are not coincidences in history or Scripture -which tells all generations of humanity: They have said, Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more.

For they have conspired together with one mind; against

The pamphlet shows us that Muslims who are living outside of these 18 objectives have in Christian terminology backslidden. The call for Islamic law in Britain and the operation of Islamic law in the UK, is a sign that the awakening that we see taking place in the Middle East and certain parts of Islamic Africa is already in western countries. While we will not plunge into the history of the Ottoman Empire, it is befitting for us to understand that 1923, is simply 89 years ago and every generation of Islam and the Arab springs see the glory of those former years in their current reach. It is careless of the West to think that Islam with such passionate Presidents like Ahmadinejad, who keeps on insisting that his nuclear ambitions are peaceful is incapable of holding the full attention of the world once again. Students of Biblical prophesy, from both the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light, have all increased their efforts

in highlighting the finishing touches in preparation for World War III. Regardless of the many distractions and vain imaginations being promulgated around the globe, the commonwealth of faith, needs to hone their focus and watch at the gates. We were told in 2011, via the 11th book of the prophet Zechariah 13 after the Lord warns those who would seek to profit from prophesying about the pending tribulation of Israel He tells us of the wound a close ally of Israel will meter out to her [verse 6] which we know will be the United States of America. The Lord then makes it explicitly clear that it will come
about in all the land that two parts of it will be cut off and perish but the third will be left in it. And I will bring the third part through the fire, refine them as silver is refined and test them as gold is tested. The results of this fire refinement will be that Israel will call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say, they are My people, and they will say, The Lord is My God. [See Zechariah 13].
