Thank you for choosing Calendar! Calendar is an app (hereafter referred to as

"Calendar" or the "App") developed and operated by Guangdong OPPO Mobile
Telecommunications Corp., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our",
registered at No.18 Haibin Road, Wusha, Chang'an, Dongguan, Guangdong, China,
523902) to provide users (hereafter referred to as "you") with the option of
viewing dates, managing events, and other services.

This Calendar Privacy Notice (hereafter referred to as this "Privacy Notice")

explains what personal information about you we collect, store, use, process,
transmit, provide, disclose, or delete (collectively, "process") during your use of
the App, how and why we do so, how you can exercise your data subject rights, and
the security measures we use to protect your personal information.

Before using the App, please carefully read and make sure you fully understand all
the content of this Privacy Notice and related user service agreements, and make
the choices that you deem appropriate. By tapping "Agree and continue" or turning
on the basic features, you acknowledge that you fully understand our processing of
your personal information as described below.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

The information we collect depends on the features or services you use, the context
in which you interact with us, and the choices you make, including your privacy
settings and the features or services you use. You can access "Personal Information
We Collect" to quickly understand how your personal information is collected and
used by the App's features and/or services. Please note that if you provide other
people's personal information to us, you must ensure that you have obtained their
authorization (and separately obtain their consent in any special circumstances).

If the following clauses explicitly state that your relevant information is only
kept locally, then the information is only collected and processed locally on your
device and will not be uploaded to our servers, which means such information is not
bound by this Privacy Notice. This is to clear up all your doubts and stay
transparent about our processing of personal information.

The App provides both basic and additional features. The additional features are
turned off by default. When you attempt to use any of such features or services, we
will display a prompt asking for your consent to turn them on. By turning them on,
you agree to our collection and use of your personal information in relation to
such features. If you choose not to turn them on or if you do not provide the
relevant personal information, the additional features may not be available to you.
This, however, does not affect your use of the basic features. To provide you with
the features or services that you request or to comply with laws and regulations,
we will process the necessary personal information relating to you. This Privacy
Notice specifically points out what personal information is necessary for you to
use the features and services of the App. Please pay special attention to such
information.
1.1 Basic functions and services

Calendar events

This feature provides you with the option of viewing calendars as well as creating,
viewing, and editing events. No personal information will be collected or processed
when using this feature.

1.2 Personal information we process in connection with additional features and the
purpose

(2) Customized event ringtones

When you want to customize your event ringtones (Operation path: Calendar -
Settings - Reminder type - Reminder sound - Custom - Select from files), the App
will require your audio data so as to obtain your customized event ringtones. Such
information will be processed only on your device, and will not be uploaded to our
servers.

(2) Sync email events

For the App to sync email events with Calendar and display such events in Calendar,
the App will require associated launch of your email app. The App will also collect
your email account information to match events in the email app and Calendar, and
import such event data when you start syncing. Such information will be processed
only on your device, and will not be uploaded to our servers.

(3) Sync dates from Contacts

Once you have turned on "Dates from Contacts" under "Subscription and service
reminders", the App will read contacts on your devices so as to import their
birthdays and other dates, so you can easily add a new event with them.

(4) Sync reminders

When you use the Smart Event Notifications feature, the App will parse your SMS
content locally so as to display event information about your train and air
tickets, cinema tickets, hotel bookings, credit cards, and loan bills. The App will
launch the associated Data-Driven Enhancement Service to enable this feature.
Please refer to the "Data-Driven Enhancement Service Privacy Notice" for how we
collect and process relevant personal information about you. You can turn this
feature on or off through "My account - Subscription and sync - Sync reminders".

(5) Add location to events

Once you have turned on "Add location to events", the App will call up Amap SDK
capabilities to obtain your location information (latitude and longitude) and let
you add it to the event. You can also view your location information there. For
more detail, please refer to the "List of Third Party Information Sharing". You can
turn this feature on or off through "Calendar - Settings - Privacy - Add current
location to the event".

(6) Add an audio event

This feature is provided by Breeno. In order to input text transcribed from voice,
the App will launch the associated Breeno to collect personal information about
you. For more detail, please refer to the "Breeno Privacy Notice".

(7) Calendar cloud sync (through HeyTap Cloud)

The App supports cloud sync and storage, which is enabled by the HeyTap Cloud app.
To use HeyTap Cloud, you need to first sign up for a HeyTap Account or, if you
already have one, sign in to your HeyTap Account. The HeyTap Cloud and HeyTap
Account services are provided by Guangdong HeyTap Technology Co., Ltd. In the App,
you can sign in to your account and turn on "Cloud sync for Calendar" (Operation
path: Calendar - Settings - Cloud sync for Calendar) to sync and store your event
information to the cloud. If you need to manage your files on the cloud, please go
to the HeyTap Cloud App or the HeyTap Cloud official website to complete the
relevant settings. Before using HeyTap Cloud services, you should read and agree to
the HeyTap Cloud Privacy Notice and the HeyTap Account Privacy Notice.

(8) Help & feedback

Your feedback is very important for us to improve our products and services. If you
wish to provide feedback or suggestions to us, please go to the Settings section of
the App and choose "Help & feedback". You can go to the "My feedback" page to view
the issues you reported and the handling of your issues. To display such
information on that page and help us accurately diagnose and pinpoint your issues,
the App may request access to your device information, including device identifiers
(such as your IMEI or OpenID), device brand, device model, and OS version. You can
tap the icon in the lower-right corner to enter the "Send feedback" page. When
providing feedback, you should describe your issue and specify its category. In
addition, you need to provide your contact information (phone number, QQ account
number, and/or email address) so that we will be able to contact you about your
feedback at a later time. You can also choose whether to send us an error report
(including event tracking information) and upload relevant content and files
(including text, images, and videos). You are not obliged to provide an error
report (including event tracking information) or upload other content (including
text, images, and videos). If you do not provide such information, you can still
provide feedback or suggestions to us.

(9) Personalized recommendations

The App provides personalized recommendations, such as personalized news. If you

turn on personalized services to opt in for service recommendations and targeted
advertising, we may collect and use information relating to your device, including
device model, OS version, configuration data, SIM card information, IMSI, and

signature and name of the App's APK file, and device connection data (telecom

preferences through computer algorithms to display more suitable information,
products, services, or ads to you. In addition, we may combine your personal
information collected via our various products and/or services to improve the
overall user experience.

If you choose to turn off personalized recommendations, we will cease to process

your personal information for the purpose of personalized recommendations; instead,

lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can go to

ID & ads - Limit ad tracking" to universally manage targeted advertising. In
