Seller may, at Seller'S option require that the Approved Contractor maintain and provide proof of the following insurance coverages during the perfonnance of the Buyer Work ("General Contractor Insurance"): (I) Workers' COll:ll1ensat!onlliml'loyer'. Insurance. Coverage shall be consistent with statutory benefits outlined in the Texas Workers' Compensation Insurance Act (Section 401) or its SUCcessor. Buyer must aSsure that the Approved Contraclor complies with this statut.; by submitting two (2) copies of standard certificate of coverage (e.g .. ACCORD form) to Seller for every person providing .ervices in ij,. connection with Buyer's Work a. acceptabl. proof of coverage. Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage written by the Texas Workers' Compensation Fund is acceptable.
