In line with this, we would like to request your good company to be a major sponsor for this event. We would like to solicit a few plane tickets to be awarded as major prizes in the kite flying event, as well as some minor items to be given as consolation prizes. Greetings! On March 2, 2002, the Grade 3 students of the Ateneo de Manila University will be holding their annual kiteflying event. This year the event is entitled Peace In The Air. It will be held at the Ateneo football field from 12 noon up to 6:00 p.m. and will be attended by the families and friends of the Grade 3 students. In line with this, we would like to request your good company to sell its carbonated and non-carbonated beverages during the event. There will be no rental for the booths that you will set up, however, we will request for a 10 percent commission on the gross sales for the afternoon. The amount to be collected will help defray the cost to be incurred for the kite-flying event, with the balance monies to be used in the other civic projects of the Grade Three parents.
