The International Summer School, promoted by University of Perugia and Todi School of Agriculture, will attend the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro.
___________ After the launch of the Charter of Todi and the realization of the Conference on New PAC for the period 2014-2020, and 'got a brilliant success and recognition at the International Summer School-SIS Management and Promotion of Sustainable Land promoted and managed by the Department of Science Economic-and Food-Estimative DSEEA University of Perugia in collaboration

with the Agricultural Technical Institute "Augustus Ciuffelli" of Todi and the Association of Former Students. The SIS, in I ^ Edition, built on 4 to 11 September 2011, had already measured a brilliant start, with the participation of young people from some 15 foreign countries in four continents and faculty from six universities' foreign. This' has been possible thanks to an active support of the municipality of Todi, the Region, Province and CCIIA well as several private companies that operate in the territory. On February 23 the day of the SIS Director, Prof. Adriano Ciani's DSEEA, after following the procedure laid down procedures for participation in international scientific fora, has received official notification that the report he submitted, following strict review, and 'was accepted for printing, in English as a chapter of the book "Sustainable Development in Universities: New Horizons" is for presentation at the World Conference on Sustainable Development in the University to be held in Rio de Janeiro on 4-6 June 2012. This conference and 'closely linked and parallel to the World Summit on Sustainable Development organized by the Commission for Sustainable Development United Nations. The latter was in fact provided us until December On June 4 to 6 and then at the request of the Brazilian Government and 'been postponed to 22-24 of the same month. The book will be 'printed within a few weeks as a scientific paper to support the Conference. As for the presentation, the Director of the SIS and some members of the Organizing Committee will be the same in Rio de Janeiro to present to colleagues in over 80 universities around the world experience of the SIS, the contents of the Charter of Todi and the fascinating project AMAR (World Association of Friendship of Rural Areas). will be a further important opportunities that the city 'of Todi and its territory will have to increase the prestige of their image and spread it all over the world. The title of the report that will be 'made in Rio de Janeiro and': "The Sustainable Land Management and Promotion: An action plan for education and training, as a result of collaboration between the Universita 'di Perugia, the State Agricultural Technical Institute of Todi and the Local Municipality." The content of the report, from the first referee, and 'was defined impressive for the content of the Charter of Todi and AMAR Project. The Charter of Todi approved at the end of the First Edition of the SIS as a guiding principle the TRADI-OVATION (tradition and innovation). The 'square intriguing in any way you read always gives, in all directions on the same square, the word Todi, and that' an acronym for the name she gives to the city of Todi a new space for the immense communicative power in the spread of Sustainable Development.
