Liability Waver By registering for this retreat, the applicant agrees to hold harmless and releases the Girls Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma and Tulsa Green Country Overeaters Anonymous Intergroup from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur arising out of or related to the events of the weekend. Furthermore, the applicant understands that any losses, injuries, damage or costs will be paid for by their own personal insurance. Arriving at Camp
Arrive any time after 4 pm on Friday. Find a room and a roommate, get acquainted, tour the grounds or just put up a chair on the front porch overlooking the lake and breath deeply of the Spring air. Dinner will be around 6 you can bring your own or pre-order a Friday night meal for an additional $7.50.

Day Campers
We understand that not everyone can come for a whole retreat, so this retreat offers you the option of being a Day Camper. If you choose to come for Saturday only, feel free to join us for breakfast. If you cant make breakfast, please arrive no later than 9 am. Please see the registration form for more information on cost.

Retreat
One of the results of recovery in OA is that your relationship with food is altered. This retreat is an opportunity to ask questions and learn some basics about cooking and food plans, create laughter and share practical information about using a food plan and staying abstinent. We will use OA literature such as the pamphlet, Dignity of Choice, throughout the weekends workshops. Workshops will also be presented on the practical matters regarding a food plan. how to plan your food for a week along with shopping and cooking Q&A, making your food plan portable when travelling, and eating out in restaurants are some of the topics. Although there will be some handouts provided, be sure to bring a pen and paper for notes.

What to bring: Youll need to bring towels, wash cloths, soap, toiletries, robe, bedding or a sleeping bag and a pillow. Optional items are a jacket/poncho, flashlight, insect repellent, portable chair or camp stool, journal/ notebook, binoculars, pen, paper, OA/ AA Literature, cards, games, puzzles, etc. What not to bring: Radios, CDs or other noise makers of any kind please. Special Food Requests: Anyone with food allergies or special needs should contact the caterer, Pat A. at (918) 250-1981 before April 12th to individualize their food preparation. Cancellations: Refunds (less a $20 nonrefundable deposit) are only possible if cancellations are made prior to April 15th.
