OFFER LETTER

Date: 19-September-2024

Dear Akash,

It is my pleasure to extend the following offer to you on behalf of Avidfly Vacations Pvt. Ltd, further to
the interviews and discussions you have had with us. We trust that your knowledge, skills and
experience will be among our most valuable assets.

You are appointed to the position of Online Travel Expert and in this capacity you will report directly
to Manger Sales. As an Online Sales Executive your annual remuneration will be Rupees 6,36,000 (six
Lakh thirty SixThousand Only). You are scheduled to work Monday through Saturday.

You will work in Morning shift with a 40 minute break, which can be changed according to company’s
requirement. You will have to serve the employment tenure of at least one year with our organization.

You are expected to join us on 23-September-2024, please report to our Chandigarh office at 09:30 AM,
along with documents mentioned in Mandatory Documents Checklist. You are required to submit all
the documents according to the checklist, failing which the company reserves the right to withdraw this
offer or cancel your appointment.

Mandatory Docs Checklist (Kindly submit soft copy of below mentioned documents at
gulaksha@[Link]):

• Original Educational documents.


• Original Employment Proof of Last companies (Appointment Letter, Experience Certificate,
Relieving Letter, etc.) & Salary slip / Bank Statement of last three months from Last Company.
• Original Aadhar Card along with Original Passport.
• Original PAN Card.
• Two Passport size photographs.
