Job Description: Having good market knowledge to close the leads. Great networking skills. Must have outbound lead
generation skills. Ready to take challenges and achieve given targets. Proven sales record. Must have references from the
previous organizations to verify the capability of the candidate. Must be analytical enough to understand project
requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over
the client to the delivery team. An effective communicator with strong negotiation & presentation skills using multiple
channels to engage conversation and positive change. Have a digital attitude, transparent, hardworking and have a
vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and motivating person with passion and drive. Degree in
Marketing, Business Administration or similar. Excellent knowledge of MS office, Power Point. Preferable experience of
Business Development in outsourcing business. Experience working with service-based industry. You bring in 7+ years of
significant experience in Sales/Business Development. Must have 3+ years of experience - Interacting with clients of US,
Canada, Australia, UK countries. Willing to work for Australia, UK or US time zone. Preference will be given to candidates
who can join us on immediate basis or within 30 days.
Responsibilities: Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and new lead generation. Actively seek out
new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing networking and social media. Setting up meetings with
potential clients. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on services. Suggesting upgrades or added
products and services that may be of interest to clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Creating & Crafting Business Proposals based on the requirements of the client. Follow up with clients if the proposal
gets accepted convert the lead into a successful project. Close deals and get agreements signed by the customers. Act as
the voice of the customer during implementation process. Update the prospect information on CRM & Creating a strong
sales funnel. Achieve monthly sales target given month on month basis. Develop new relationships to grow business and
help company expand.
Annual Salary: Rs. 480,000 per Annam (Salary Breakup will be as per company policy)
Working Hours: Your working timing will be 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM IST (It may change as per day saver of respective contry)
Probationary Period: You will be on a probation period of three months from the date of your joining which may be
extended at the discretion of the management. On satisfactory completion of your probation, your services in the
company will be confirmed by the management in writing.
Increments: Your increments and promotions in the Company after one year will be based on your performance and
merits, and at the sole discretion of the management.
Exclusiveness: While you are in the services of the company, you are not permitted to engage yourself or devote any
time and attention to any full-time or part-time employment, trade, business or occupation with or without undertake
either directly or indirectly any activities which are contrary to or inconsistent with your obligations to the company or
the company’s interest. At any time if it is found that there is any breach of this condition on your part, your services are
liable to be terminated.
Leaves per Year: 12 Paid Leave
Notice Period: This contract may be terminated by either party by giving two-month notice (In case of probation period
one week’s notice by either party) in writing.

Confidentiality: You will not disclose to, divulge, make public, or make any use whatsoever of, whether for your own or
for any other purpose, any information, knowledge, know-how, instruments, documents or other matters confided in, or
become known to, or obtained by you, during your employment with the Company.

Confidentiality
You will not disclose to, divulge, make public, or make any use whatsoever of, whether for your own or for any other
purpose, any information, knowledge, know-how, instruments, documents or other matters confided in, or become
known to, or obtained by you, during your employment with the Company.

Non-Competing Requirements
• From the date the a party gives notice to terminate this agreement (the “Notice Period”) for any reason, for a
period of one month from the Notice Date (the “Restricted Period) you shall not within the Territory directly or
indirectly and in any capacity, render services to or otherwise be interested in any person or entity whose business
is the same or substantially similar to or is about to be in competition with any business being carried on by the
Company or a related or associated company.
• You further agree that during the Restricted Period, you shall not directly or indirectly (1) solicit or endeavor to
solicit or entice away any client of the company or any person who was employed by the Company or a related or
associated company; or (2) deal with any clients of the Company or a related or associated company.
• For the purposes of this paragraph “the Territory” means places / Countries where Hornbill Corporate Services Pvt
Ltd / Hornbill Corporate / Hornbill Corporate Services Pty Ltd / Hornbill Corporate Services Inc company operates
or where the Company is intending to operate within 3months following the Restricted Period.
• The Company may at its sole discretion decide not to enforce your undertakings set out at paragraphs 8 (a) and (b)
above (the “Undertakings”). If the Company decides to exercise the discretion, it will notify you in writing on or
before the end of the Restricted Period.
• If the Undertakings are enforced and you do not breach any of the Undertakings, the Company will continue to
pay you your “Monthly Salary” during the Restricted Period. However. If you breach either or both the
Undertakings, the company shall be entitled to take such steps as it may deem fit to prevent you from committing/
acting in breach and/ or seek damages.

Both the parties acknowledge that the prohibition and restriction contained in this paragraph 8

2. Is no more than reasonably required for the protection of the Company’s business and of any confidential
information you may have learned or possessed during the term of this agreement.

Communication
You shall communicate to the Company any change in your address as well as personal status. All communication sent
to you in the normal course on the address given by you shall be deemed to have been received by you.

Disputes
In the event of dispute regarding the terms and conditions of your appointment, you will be subject to the jurisdiction of
the appropriate courts of law at the HO of the company viz, Ahmedabad.

Conditions of the Offer


1. You will provide all required documentation as set out in the employment form/ checklist.
2. You will provide evidence of your right to work and remain in India, in accordance with legal requirements, or
being issued with relevant work visa, work permits (if applicable), proof of residence and citizenship.
3. Your background check, including employment references are satisfactory to us and we are able to verify, to our
satisfaction, the personal information you have provided during the course of your application.
4. You will provide original documents (if required) as evidence of academic and professional qualifications as part of
background screening process.
5. You will make frank and full disclosure of any other positions of office that you hold currently and evidence of
your employment & compensation history.
6. You will provide joining letter of your current employment, relieving letter and latest salary document from your
previous employer(s).
7. You will provide a valid Passport(if required), ADHAR card, Driving license (any two), PAN card, Current residential

8. You warrant and represent to us that all information, statements and documents provided to us for the purpose of
job application or any part of the recruitment process, including any application form or resume, are not

9. Two-month prior notice period shall the given by either parties on the termination of the contract.
