    Thereisimmediateactionneededagainstthisculpritandhisgangtosavelivesof remainingstudentsandstaffandtosaveimageofthisgreatinstitutionatnationaland internationallevel. UniversityadministrationisrequestedtotakeimmediateactionagainstMr.RafiqChandhis gangtopreventthishighlyimmoralactionimmediately.Itisusuallyfoundthatuniversity administrationavoidtotakeactionagainstsuchculpritsinthenameofuniversitysgoodname. ButIthinkthisisnotgoodevenfortheuniversitysgoodnameratheritissubvertingitsname. Anyhow,IrequesttothePresidentofPakistan(ChancellorIIUI),PrimeMinisterofPakistan, ChiefJusticeofPakistanandChiefJusticeIslamabadHighCourt(ForSueMoto),ChairmanHEC, anduniversityadministrationtotakesevereandimmediateactionagainstthisculpritandhis gang.
