disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the
manager. Write a letter to the manager of the
restaurant.

Cung cấp thông tin về dịch vụ bạn đã sử dụng.
Ví dụ: I recently purchased a [sản phẩm] from your store and had it installed by one of your technicians on
[date].
Nêu tóm tắt vấn đề bạn gặp phải.
Ví dụ: I am writing to complain about the [problem] that I have experienced with the [product/service].
Phần nội dung thư (Body)
Trình bày chi tiết vấn đề bạn gặp phải một cách rõ ràng và súc tích.
Ví dụ: The [problem] has caused me [consequence]. I am very disappointed with the quality of the [product/service]
and the lack of customer service I have received.
Cung cấp bằng chứng cụ thể.
Ví dụ: I have attached a copy of my receipt for your reference. I can also provide you with photos of the [problem].
Nêu rõ mong muốn của bạn về hướng giải quyết.
Ví dụ: I would like to request a [solution]. I would also appreciate a refund for the [product/service].
“I will wait one week to hear back from you about this issue, and then I will seek help from a consumer protection
agency or my local authority.”
Phần kết thư (Ending)
Cảm ơn người nhận thư đã dành thời gian.
Ví dụ: Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service at your restaurant, under the customer ID:

During my recent visit, I ordered beef steak and a glass of red wine. Unfortunately, both were served completely
cold. Despite being a regular patron, this experience was highly disappointing.
I urge you to address these issues promptly and make improvements to ensure that such lapses in quality do not
recur. I value the dining experience at your restaurant and hope to see positive changes in the future.

Thư gửi đến các cộng sự kinh doanh hoặc những người không biết rõ nên bao gồm một danh
xưng trong lời chào.
Thư gửi cho người bạn đã biết rõ có thể mang tính cá nhân hơn, chẳng hạn như “Dear
Jeff” hoặc “Dear Bridget”.
Các bác sĩ, giáo sư, quan chức chính phủ và các thành viên dịch vụ quân sự đều phải

Dear Mr. Suleyman
On behalf of the Kahlo Foundation, I am writing this letter to express our deepest gratitude
for your continued financial support for the Mexico City branch of our organization.
With your monthly contribution of 155.000 pesos, we were able to provide a significant pay rise
for our 10 permanent employees, from a mere 5.000 pesos per month to the current rate of
10.000. This generous amount now allows each of our employees to lead a very comfortable
life, and has also contributed to a massive 20% boost in overall productivity compared to the
previous quarter. Furthermore, this donation has also made possible our distant provinces
outreach project, which is now in its very final phase. Thanks to your contribution, children in
Anenecuilco are now able to gain access to free art classes and a comprehensive support
program, including scholarships, museum tours and many more. It is our hope that this effort
will allow talented artists to fully flourish, and to create art that not only mesmerizes, but also
