Again, thank you very much for taking part in this survey. The survey will take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete and will ask you about your opinions and perceptions related to gift cards and other ways to pay for items from the merchants you visit. As you know, you will earn 1% point of extra credit if you complete the entire survey by 2pm on November 13, 2009 (that's enough extra credit to raise your grade from an 89% to a 90% - that's the same as going from a B+ to an A- !) At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide your name and section of your Marketing 301 class. This information is only used so that your extra credit can be properly assigned.
