Study Plan
My name is Vilaiphone PHONEPASEUTH International student from Laos This year I
am 32 years old. I’m graduated from Hunan University with Master degree in Engineering in
Computer Science Technology. After graduation, as the requirement of my major, I came back
to work in National University of Laos in the Office of Personnel Affairs and I Has Teaching
Computer Student in Faculty of Science. During my working time I’m Missing China and I am
interest in the advancement of Chinese Technology and want to Come back to China again and
have the opportunity to continue their studies in Doctor of Computer Science and Technology.
My main educational goal is to gain doctor degree in computer science. doctor degree
in computer science tells us how you can improve the quality and efficiency of computer
network system. My second educational goal is to learn to speak Chinese because Chinese is
becoming global language. So, I feel it is necessary to learn it. I would like to apply for the
doctor degree in computer science in China because computer science is very wide field of
engineering. As far as I am concerned, this challenging profession is what I am most interested
in, one, which can allow me to apply my knowledge and expertise to face challenges. I hope
that after completing doctor degree studies I would be able to take part in maximizing my
country research technology in such fields to benefit its economy. I believe that this doctor
degree will provide me with the chance to get to know about the computer science processes. I
hope that I can gain more experiences in dealing with the situation, people, systems and
demands which will be of great help in my future career.
As all world knows that in very less time China can grow himself and become popular
country in the world in almost all aspects. During lectures teacher told us about how fast China
is growing in economy and business. So, I started taking interest to study in China. Language
is not an issue. Through hard work I can overcome this barrier. Watching the news, analyzing
and observing the people of China, I am impressed by the way, these individuals have proved
themselves to be dedicated to their work and with true efforts they have set China as a successful
example for other third world or developed countries. The fast-growing economy, technological
advancement and the global ranking education institutes of China with high reputation makes
a great aspiration to the students and professionals for the better career perspectives. Thus, such
kind of positivity has boosted my confidence further and I am highly satisfied with the decision
I have taken. Moreover, China’s diverse cultural norms and values, the famous gentle
hospitality of its people and Laos-China all weather friendly relations since post to promote one
belt one road, acceptance and peace to both sides in great clarity make me feel China as my
second homeland; also, my family fully support my choice for China being my preference for
graduation study. By putting all these reasons together, shows China an ideal place for me to
do my doctor’s degree. Concluding it, with high hopes I believe this application will receive
