I. PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT
This report outlines the key leadership and service roles within the OLGP Youth Choir.
Defining responsibilities clearly not only strengthens communication and accountability,
but also helps every member understand their part in building a spiritually rooted, well-
organized, and mission-driven music ministry.
II. OFFICIAL POSITIONS AND ROLES
OLGP-YC Director – Fritz C. Algarme
Provides overall musical, spiritual, and organizational leadership. Oversees choir activities,
guides the team in liturgical preparation, ensures values formation, and supports each
officer in fulfilling their responsibilities.
President – Denisse Primero II
Leads the internal management of the choir. Coordinates meetings, supports the discipline
and welfare of members, serves as the primary voice of the choir body, and ensures smooth
communication between officers and members.
Vice President – Angel Juntilla
Assists the President and takes charge when the President is unavailable. Helps facilitate
activities, monitors attendance and member participation, and assists in maintaining order
during practices and performances.
Secretary – Ivorey Mia Arao
Handles all documentation, such as meeting minutes, attendance logs, and official
announcements. Keeps records organized and ensures members are informed of important
updates and schedules.
Treasurer – Mitchie Louise Baloria
Manages the choir’s financial resources. Records all income and expenses, presents regular
financial reports, and ensures transparency and responsibility in the use of funds for events,
materials, or emergencies.
Music Manager – Ejay Sarigumba
Leads musical preparation during practices, selects appropriate pieces for liturgical
seasons, and coordinates musical execution during Mass. Ensures harmony and readiness
across sections.
Music Assistant – Krys Bandelan
Assists the Music Manager with coordination during rehearsals. Helps align sections, set up
instruments, and guide vocal blending or transitions during performances.
Social Media Officer – Section Leader – Jayvie Larrosa
Oversees overall digital content direction. Initiates creative ideas for content and online
presence, ensuring that posts reflect the choir’s values and community updates.
Social Media Officer – Photo/Videography – Aslee Dyan Gregorio
Captures visual documentation during practices, Masses, and events. Organizes photos and
videos for internal archive or social media posting.
Social Media Officer – Editorial Visionary – Trishia Lea Peralta
Creates engaging captions, layout designs, posters, and banners for announcements or
celebrations. Strengthens the choir’s branding and outreach.
Soprano Section Head – Marguerette Jullian
Leads the soprano section in vocal warmups, practice discipline, and performance
readiness. Encourages improvement and builds unity within the section.
Alto Section Head – Bless Erodias
Guides alto members in learning harmony lines, assists during sectionals, and helps
maintain vocal quality and confidence.
Tenor Section Head – Prince N-fred Salvador
Coordinates tenor section practices, reinforces correct vocal blending, and supports
younger or newer members in adapting to their parts.
Bass Section Head – Jaype Antipolo
Leads the bass section by ensuring vocal strength and tone balance. Encourages consistency
and clarity during group rehearsals and liturgical singing.
III. FINAL NOTE
Each position in our choir exists not simply for structure, but to support our mission: to
serve God through music, leadership, and community. With clearly defined roles and sincere
cooperation, our choir can continue to grow in unity, discipline, and joyful service.
