To our respected teachers, supportive parents, beloved school administrators, guest speaker, fellow graduates, ladies and gentle

men. Good Afternoon.

Today is a joyful day for us! It is our graduation day. Before this moment pass me by, let me take each beautiful memory, the knowledge, lifes important lessons, all the gifts and blessings given to me so I could take them with me to the future. My dearest classmates, do you still remember the first time we stepped into the grounds of our alma mater, Sarmiento Homes Academy? The pure joy and laughter forever sweet in our memories, engrave them in your hearts, so we can always remember them whenever we face the bitter taste of life that we are sure to stumble upon as part of our growing up. Value the friendships we built here, as these will help us, as we continue our lifes journey. Thank you to all who have helped us become what we are now: Our parents and families that loved and supported us throughout our growing up years. Our classmates and friends, who made us feel happy and safe. Our dear teachers, who provided us with the knowledge from kindergarten up to grade six. And now we are about to take a leap to the next stage of our life. We fear not because we are ready, they prepared us to face the many battles as we go on to high school. Let us thank them with our prayers, may our little voices reach Gods ears to bless them. Let us pay them tribute and pass on their kindness by becoming the best versions of ourselves that they want all of us to be, nothing less.

For our friends, until we meet again. For our guest of honor, thank you for the inspiration, may our little victory serve as a promise that the good examples shown by our elders are serving us well. For our Teachers and Principal, this is not goodbye, this is just asking your blessings as we take off please wish us well. For our parents and family, we offer to you our first accomplishment of the many triumphs and honors we will bring home from now on.

For my dear classmates, let us open our minds and our hearts for growth. The future promises unlimited possibilities that are in our hands and are for us to seize and to hold. We should all strive hard to develop our full potential --- and become wellrounded individuals in our hearts, minds and soul. We should also have a sense of love for our country and fellowmen, so that wherever we are we dont forget where we come from and bring pride to our country. Let us grow up to become useful members of our society. Let us aim to become part of the solution, not part of the problems that our people are facing today. I hope that we will all become what we want to be in the future. What we should bear in mind is that we owe it to ourselves to be happy and enjoy life to the fullest as we shape our own future. And also, please let us not forget to look back and revisit our school and reunite with our classmates and teachers whenever we can.
