Our dynamic school head, Mr. Romel T.

Gallardo, our local town executive, Hon Mayor Edgar

R. Rapanut, Our barangay chairman, Manolito Rabuya, our dear teachers, our loving parents,
fellow graduates, guests, a pleasant afternoon to all of you.
Praise to our Almighty Father for His blessing upon us that brings us here together in this
place and occasion with a perfect health. As a member of the graduating class 2022, allow
me on behalf of the graduates to convey a few words on this graduation ceremony.
My dear friends, time flies without us realizing it. It has been seven years since our first
meeting in kindergarten. Awkward smiles that turned into an invaluable friendship. There
were also many things, big and small, that we have gone through together and I am sure that
the memories will always be saved in our hearts. Someday we will look back and smile
remembering all of our antiques in this school. But for now, let’s enjoy our moment with an
even bigger smile. I would like to congratulate all of you my friends who graduated this year.
These seven years, I know that it was not always easy for us. Especially during the pandemic
that affected our education the normal way but here we are, about to pick the fruit of our hard
efforts and struggles and be ready for new challenges ahead.
My beloved teachers, I cannot even begin to say how grateful we are for all what you have
done to us during our stay in school. You have been our second parents in our second home.
Thank you for all the knowledge that you had shared with us. Your patience and guidance are
what has brought us to here now. In this opportunity we also would like to apologize for all the
bad behaviors that we have done throughout our schoolyears in our second home, I cannot
even imagine how annoying we are to you. We were so arrogant when in fact we are just a
bunch of kids who still grasping about life. When we were being rebellious, when we knew
nothing but complain, when we tried to make up excuses for not doing our homework, you
never gave up on us. We are really grateful from our deepest heart. We promise that we will
remember all of your advice and do you proud on whatever we will do in the future.
And to our dear parents who accompany us today in this significant day, we thank you. Your
presence in this ceremony and in our life is what we could call as a blessing. To have
amazing parents is everything we could ask for. Your support pushes us to be better and
better. We are happy to be here not only for the sake of our happiness. We are happy
because today we can make you smile with pride to see us standing here, and ready to
tackle any challenges that may come upon us
I think that’s all that I can say in this blessed opportunity, we are here not only because of our
efforts alone, we are able to stand here with the help of many people who love and genuinely
care about us. For that we thank you.
On behalf of the Graduates of 2022, thank you all for being our foundation and support
system. And of course, to my fellow graduates, Congratulations!
To our school administrator, headed by Mr. Romel T. Gallardo, our Honorable Mayor,Edgar
R. Rapanut, Our Barangay Captain, Manolito R. Rabuya, our dynamic teachers, our dear
parents, fellow graduates, Good Afternoon!
The most significant event in a pupil’s life is none other than graduation. And since it is the
end of this stage in our elementary education, it brings us a mixture of joy and pain. Joy for
reaching our goals and pain for saying goodbye to the people who became a part of our lives.
My fellow graduates, we are about to reach Junior High School. We must enjoy the next six
years of our lives in order for us to reach our goals of graduating in high school and finally
college. Our Alma Mater, Calawaan Elementary School taught us to face our future without
fear.
We would like to thank those who worked hard in organizing this well-prepared event. Our
graduation is even more memorable because you have spent time and effort to ensure that
we will have a meaningful ceremony. Thank you dear teachers for the knowledge you have
given us and all those lessons you have shared in us. Thank you our dear parents for
working hard and your sacrifices to give us a good education. We are grateful that you are
here with us today because this is a milestone for us. And most of all, thank you our Almighty
God for all of your Blessings.
And so our dear parents, honored guest, in behalf of the Graduating class 2022, it is my
pleasure to welcome you all to witness this year’s Face-to-Face Graduation Ceremony. Very
soon we will march on this very stage, one by one, to receive our Certificates and Awards.
Classmates, fellow graduates, I wish you all good luck for the coming years in our lives. May
the years to come be kind to all of us and may our Almighty God and His Wisdom bless and
guide us with success. Thank you very much. Once again welcome and good afternoon.
Our Almighty Father, how wonderful are the works of Your hands. As we gather here today to
celebrate a step forward into new places with new people and new experiences, let us not
forget the blessings that follow behind us.

For our school, which has given us a safe place to learn and a strong foundation to build
upon as we take this next step into Your world.

For our teachers, who have so richly loved and cared for us, even at our worst.

For our families, who have cheered us on to the finish line and stood by our side’s through
the many bumps in the road.

And on this day especially, we thank You Lord for the friends that we have found among our
classmates. For all the jokes that we will laugh about in years to come, for the hardships and
tears we have endured together side by side, and for Your Love which has been made
evident through the relationships we will carry with us beyond these walls. Just as the verse
says, let us continue to lay down our lives for each other just as You gave up Your life for
each of us. Let us love each other fearlessly and seek Your will earnestly all the days of our
lives.

In Your Name we pray, Amen.
