🧠 What is Inside Out about?

Inside Out is a movie about a girl named Riley. She has five emotions in her mind:
Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust. These emotions help her understand the
world and make decisions.

😊 Meet the Emotions

 Joy – She is happy and loves to have fun.

 Sadness – She feels blue and cries, but she is important too.

 Anger – He gets mad when things are not fair.

 Fear – He worries and keeps Riley safe.

 Disgust – She hates things that are gross or bad for Riley.

Sometimes, we feel many emotions at the same time. That’s okay! Each emotion helps
us in a different way:

 Sadness helps others understand how we feel.

 Joy helps us have fun.

 Fear keeps us safe.

 Anger shows that something is wrong.

 Disgust protects us from bad things.
