The meeting was convened at 2:00 pm. The Badac Chair, Hon. Rex L. Gario upon a quorum has
constituted, presented the following agenda to be given appropriate action.
Agenda:
1. Monitoring on the Drug Surrenderers

Upon handed the Lists of the Drug surrenderers, the BADAC Chair pronounced to the body the
need of the Sangguniang Barangay Zone Leader where the individuals reside to keep in close in
monitoring of these individuals of their daily activity and any untoward activities shall be reported
immediately to be given appropriate action.
After due consideration and deliberation, Hon. Juanito P. Sayad, moved a motion to invite these
individuals for a meeting on next BADAC Meeting and duly seconded by all members present.
And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 pm.

The BADAC Chair Nenita C. Radam, explained to the body especially the drug surrenderers that
the Sangguniang Barangay in need of their cooperation and participation of the barangay development
aspect, the Monthly Pintakasi. And on motion of Hon. Domilyn Kaye Mercado to held a monthly
pinatakasi every Saturday morning, all members unanimously seconded to done the pintakasi with 2
hours from 7:00 to 9:00 am.
And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 3:05 p.m.

The Peace and Order Committee Chair, Hon. Juanito P. Sayud, presented to the body a report
coming from the Chief Tanod that prior days one individual noted as Shabu Pusher entered the barangay
disguising as SIM Card dealer roaming around the barangay vicinity.
After due consideration and deliberation, the BADAC Chair recommend the body to be watchful
to individuals coming in the barangay and keep monitoring to the drug surrenderees of their daily
activity.
And since there being no other matter to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 3:15 p.m.

Because fiesta celebration for the town and nearby barangays is approaching, the BADAC Chair
mandate to the Committee Chair on Human Rights/peace & Order, Hon. Jay M. Basco, to keep the
Tanod duty be visible at the barangay to be able to let all the incoming visitors in the barangay be able
to have courtesy in the barangay hall for signing in the logbook for personal information of their
appearance in the barangay.
After due consideration and deliberation, the body reminds themselves to be observant to the
people coming into the barangay especially to this drug related activity monitoring.

The Chief Tanod, Eric F. Tagupa reported that as per surveillance of this month, the barangay
has No person/persons involved illegal drug activities, and all members unanimously seconded.
After due consideration and deliberation, the BADAC Chair, Hon. Rex L. Gario, found No
objections on all motion stressed out and reported since all are in line of barangay development aspect.
And immediately mandate to pass a report to the PNP office for information.

The meeting was started with a short prayer and followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem.
CALL TO ORDER:
The Presiding Officer, BADAC Chair, Hon. Nenita C. Radam call the session to order at 2:00 pm
ROL CALL:
The Secretary call the roll of the names of the body composed the BADAC and found out that
100% was present and the BADAC Chair directly declared a presence of a quorum and proceed to the
next activity undertaken.

The Chief Tanod Lito Legaspi was presented a report that as per surveillance some surrendered
drug users had return its drug related activity in the barangay. And as for confidentiality of the names,
not to mention in this minutes, the BADAC Chair after due consideration and deliberation, directed the
body to submit the list of suspected illegal drug users to brought into counselling and to follow up
monitoring until an evidence of drugs must be seized up to the person who brought illegal drugs trade in
the barangay and unanimously seconded by the body.

2. Election of Zone Officers
The Hon. Bernie B. Lastimado moved a motion to step down to each zone assignment on the
session time to conduct and organize the zone officers which will be the auxiliary team that will support
and assist the BADAC plan and duly seconded unanimously by all members present.
And the Presiding Officer sustained the plan and direct all members of the Sanggunian to
informed immediately their catered household of every zone that on august 07, 2018 at 9:00 in the
morning every zone has to group themselves in one area for them to ready for the election of each zone
officers once the presiding officer, Hon. Nenita C. Radam will go down to each zone to witness the
conduct of zone officers election. And the members of the body unanimously seconded.
Since there being no other business undertaken, the meeting was moved to adjourn by Hon.
Analyn S. Bentulan and duly seconded by all member present.

The chief Tanod of Brgy. Luneta, stress out that at present status all the suspected individuals
who were active in the previous months were lay lowed. Their activity had apparently stopped.

after a quorum had been constituted directly presented the following agenda to be given appropriate

The BADAC Chair, pronounced to the body that as per reliable source of information, the drug
surrenderers in need to divert their lifestyles for them to feel they are of importance to the community.
And after due consideration and deliberation, on motion of Hon. Bernie B. Lastimado moved to
invite the presence of the Drug surrenders to set in on session time on October 02, 2019, and all
members of the body unanimously seconded.
And since there being no other matter to discussed, Hon. annalyn S. Bentulan moved to adjourn
the meeting`
