Purpose of the Presentation:​


The primary purpose of this presentation is to be aimed at empowering the helping staff with
essential financial knowledge. This initiative will educate them on managing their earnings
effectively, budgeting, saving, and planning for future financial stability.

Why Are We Doing This?​


Many of our helping staff face financial difficulties due to a lack of awareness about financial
management. By providing structured guidance, we aim to help them develop financial
independence, reduce financial stress, and improve their overall quality of life.

How Will It Help Them?

1.​ Budgeting Skills: They will learn how to plan and allocate their income wisely to meet
their daily needs and future goals.
2.​ Savings and Investments: The program will educate them on the importance of
savings and introduce them to safe investment options.
3.​ Debt Management: Understanding responsible borrowing and how to avoid
unnecessary debt traps will be covered.
4.​ Banking and Digital Transactions: Training on basic banking operations, digital
payments, and financial security to enhance convenience and security.
5.​ Long-Term Financial Planning: Knowledge about insurance, pension schemes, and
emergency funds to ensure future financial stability.

1.​ Black chart paper
2. A4 sheet and a3 sheet
3. Staple gun pins, Any sort of coloured ribbons.
