COMPLAINT

I/We hereby complain against above named respondent/s for violating


my/our rights and interests in the following manner:

That on May 4, 2025 at around 9-11 AM at Purok Yakal, Barangay


Agnipa, Romblon. The Barangay Officials headed by the Punong Barangay,
Andres M. Mangaring Jr., Hon. Eleazar M. Nicolan, Hon. Carlo M. Manrique,
Hon. Aroun M. Mingoa, and Brgy. Utility Noel Montojo is in the process of a
temporary solution since during election period, a ban is in place on initiating
new public works projects and disbursing public funds this included the 20%
Barangay Development Project for CY 2025, The Rehabilitation of Spring
Development. As an initial respond to the complaint posted in Pajo area, the
barangay had installed a new faucet intended to the residents nearby for an
easy access of potable water. Mrs. Marife M. Menes, female, of legal age,
resident of Purok Yakal, Romblon, Romblon, during the installation of the
water connection approached the barangay officials and deliberately said it
has no proper consent from them claiming to be the owner of the said lot
where the faucet is being installed. The project push through since the
consent was from the owner Mr. Dulia M. Roa.
In the morning next day, May 05, 2025 the barangay had found out
that the concrete faucet stand intended for the new water connection has
been intentionally destroyed which is clearly to damage; an act of damaging
the concrete stand solely for the purpose of causing harm and not for any
other lawful reason. The concrete stand is intended for an additional water
outlet purposely for the benefit of the public.

THEREFORE, I/We pray that the following relief/s be granted to me/us


in accordance with law and/or equity.
