1.0 UNIT OR AREA THAT REQUIRES THE SERVICE

2.0 OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICE
THE PREPARATION OF THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE TECHNICAL FILE OF THE PROJECT
NAMED: "CREATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL CAREER TRAINING SERVICE OF
CIVIL ENGINEERING OF THE NATIONAL INTERCULTURAL UNIVERSITY OF QUILLABAMBA, FUNDO
POTRERO, POPULATED CENTER OF POTRERO - SANTA ANA DISTRICT - PROVINCE OF
CONVENTION - CUSCO REGION
3.0 PUBLIC PURPOSE
Execute, through a Specific Agreement, the Preparation of the Technical File, in the
Specialty of Structures of the project called: "CREATION OF THE SERVICE OF
TRAINING FOR THE PROFESSIONAL CAREER OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AT THE UNIVERSITY
NATIONAL INTERCULTURAL OF QUILLABAMBA, POTRERO FARM, POPULATED CENTER OF
POTRERO - DISTRICT OF SANTA ANA - PROVINCE OF LA CONVENCIÓN - REGION
CUSCO", in order to execute the work according to the Technical Specifications,
Approved Plans, Measurements, and Budgets. Binding to the UNIQ Agreement.
4.0 STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE / GOAL
Having adequate conditions for the provision of complementary services
associates academic activity of the Civil Engineering professional career at UNIQ.
5.0 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED
Profile : Licensed and Qualified Civil Engineer
Estimated Time : 40 calendar days
Reference Value : S/ 31,830.00 (Thirty-one thousand eight hundred thirty and 00/100)
soles).
EVALUATION:
a) Work plan: Preparation of the work plan for the development of the consultancy
(by means of a Gantt chart) that must be delivered on the first working day of
service started.
b) Collection and review of existing information: The required information that
will serve as the basis for the preparation of the Technical File, will be gathered from
the files of the different areas of the National University
Intercultural of Quillabamba.
• Digitized copy of the viable pre-investment study of the project.
• Master zoning plan for the university campus of the national university
intercultural of Quillabamba - potrero headquarters.

• Hold meetings for the organization and development of the consulting with the or the
users responsible for the areas to be intervened.
• Supplementary studies (soils, topography, etc.) that are part of this document
file and what is required for the structural design of this building, must
be coordinated with the Office of Studies and Projects for the facilitation of these
technical documents.
c) Carry out the Visual Inspection and Evaluation of the land where it is located

6.0 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT THE CONTRACTOR MUST MEET
- Civil engineer, registered with a simple copy of the professional title and accredited with a simple copy.

7.0 DEADLINE FOR SERVICE EXECUTION
Up to 40 calendar days counted from the delivery of the architectural plans by the OEP of
the OGIU of UNMSM.

13.0 CONTRACTOR'S LIABILITY
The contractor is responsible for the quality provided and for the hidden defects of the goods or
services offered for a period of no less than one (1) year counted from the receipt,
review and approval of the development of the Structures Project.
