TECHNICAL DATA PENGUIN FOAM SYSTEM
Outline
PENGUIN FOAM SYSTEM provides uniform foam by mixing single component paste materials with gas,using our patented
mechanical foaming device, FOAMPLY .this unique system, is an innovative foaming system , that could be used on a wide
range of manufacturing processes such as mould injection , foam filling and/or molding and as robot applied gasket. This new
system is totally environmentally friendly with no toxic waste or poisonous gas and it improves your working environment and
contributes the waste reduction.
The single component urethane paste PENGUIN FOAM ; Due to our own developed catalyst , PENGUIN FOAM
reacts to high elastic formed elastomer , instantly after be exposed to heat of 80℃. This new flexible formed elastomer system
enables you to optimize manufacturing processes , improve products quality and reduces largely the production costs.

• 1 Component: No need for controlling pot life which plagued 2 part type applications.
Also the time it takes for the maintenance of mixing part and purging can be greatly reduced.
• Low [Link] curing: We have developed the original curing agent technology which enable
fast curing at 80 degrees to produce the elastic state of the cured material.

• Micro Capsule foaming: The specialized mechanical foaming system provides micro cell foaming.
The robot application(foaming) at room temperature enables string(line) formation, injection molding,
foam filling, and other molding applications.
• Low hardness: PENGUIN FOAM #3151 demonstrates flexible rubber like property and provides very good
gasket applications. Foaming magnification rate can be easily adjusted with the setting of the special
equipment.(up to 300%)
