2 Master File Processes - Oils

The document outlines the process of producing edible oils and fats, beginning with the collection of raw materials from crops and ending with distribution to supermarkets. Key stages include crushing, pressing, filtering, and steaming to produce three types of oil: sunflower, coconut, and refined oils. Finally, the oils are packaged and transported to retail locations for consumer purchase.

This picture show how edible oils and fats
and margarine are produced and delivered
to market places and how consumers can
benefit them. This process starts with the
collection of raw materials from crops, and
ends with to distribution to supermarkets.
To begin producing edible oil and fats, raw
materials are be collected from corps? and
farms. Using trucks, they are then shipped
and contained stored into silos. Inside the
processing facility, raw materials are
crushed and milled using crashers,
crushers. To extract their oil they are
pressed and taken their oils. Subsequently,
to make sure there is no solid material left
in oil they are filtered by filters, after that
they are steamed.
After steaming, they are sorted into three main kinds of oil which are Sunflower
oil, Coconut oil and Refined oil, ; each can be used in different purposes. In the
last stage, in the factory, they are packed into well-designed covers containers,
then they are loaded into trucks and they are transported to different addresses
and distributed to local supermarkets or shops.

The diagram discribes describes the stages of manufacturing edible oils and fats.
Overall, we can see in the diagram that raw materials are collected from fields and other sites
of productions to be transported by ships or another other transportation trucks and vehicles
to reach to the stores (Silo).
The following next stage is the manufacturing through four essential processes in different
machines, and that will starting with crushing and milling; , then the second process is
pressing in another instrument to get unfiltered oil , . Aafter that, the produced materials are
filtered to get pure production ,then the final stage is the steaming process in another machine
to reach prouce finally to three types of oil (Sunflower- Coconut and Refined oils ).
Moreover , those three types of oil are back aged in special bottles and boxes which then are
transported by trucks to the Supermarkets and shops where people can buy those products
easily .
The diagram illustrates how edible oils and fats have been are produced, . Tthe process
consists of many stages: planting flower and grains, transporting, storing, production process,
packaging and distribution.
First of all, the raw materials like flowers and grains are grown and collected, then they are
transported by ship to the storage pit silos where they are kept for the production stage. After
that the grains are moved to the factory where they are crushed and milled in a specific
machine then it is moved to the next stage of pressing and extracting the liquid. Following
this, a filtering process is applied to remove unwanted molecules and then it is putted the
purified oil is put in the steaming room to produce the oils (sunflower, coconut and refined
oils). Next After that, the produced edible oils and fats are packaged into battles bottles and
cans to be ready to use, . Tthe final products are transported by tracks trucks and then
distributed to the supermarkets and shops to sell there for to the consumer.

The above picture shows the process of manufacturing edible oils, fats and M
margarine.
Overall, there are 10 stages involved in the process, beginning with collection of raw
materials and after proceeding some procedure ? several processing and purification stages, it
is supplied to consumers in the supermarkets and shops. the The raw materials are common
seeds such as sunflower and chilgoza.
The process begins with storing raw materials, which are then shipped with a particular
vehicle into to the silos. In the silo After this, they undergo some processing stages, starting
with crushing and milling of the seeds. next Next, the seeds are pressed with machines,
followed by filtering and purification.
After the oil is has been filtered, it undergoes a steaming process and at this stage , 3 types of
oils - such as sunflower, coconut and refined oils - are manufactured, . Then, then the oils are
bottled and picked packaged in a specific containers. After packaging is completed, the oils
are delivered to the supermarkets and shops for the consumers.
