 1.INTRODUCTION

This internship opportunity I had with SM Forging and engineering was a great chance
for learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself a very lucky individual,
as I was provided with the opportunity to be a part of it. I’m also grateful for having had the chance
to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me through this internship period. I
expect to gain knowledge and experience in the manufacturing of capstan lathe machines in my
area of interest. The industrial exhibition and the live demonstration in the industry among the
industrial attendees were amazing. I could see the typical business tactics they followed to gain
profitable business.

This exposure has sparked my curiosity and further solidified my passion for this field.
Additionally, networking with industry professionals has opened doors for potential future
collaborations and mentorship opportunities. I have also gained valuable insights into the
importance of effective supply chain management and lean manufacturing practices.
Understanding how these strategies can optimize production processes and reduce costs has greatly
enhanced my understanding of the industry.

I carried out my internship at SM Forging and engineering. Mr.Gopal is my trainer, and

we carried out the internship on “Material cleaning” at the Quality checking Department. An
internship is a period of work experience offered by an organization for a limited period of time.
This was a great opportunity to develop and enhance skills and competencies in my career field,
which I actually achieved. In the short span of time, I spent as an intern, I gained enormous skills
in Quality checking as well as Business. I could see the typical business tactics they followed to
gain profitable business. I was able to witness the latest advancements in Facing and phasing
technology and understand how they are utilized in various industries.

This exposure has sparked my curiosity and further solidified my passion for this field.
Additionally, networking with industry professionals has opened doors for potential future
collaborations and mentorship opportunities. I have also gained valuable insights into the
importance of effective supply chain management and lean manufacturing practices.

manufacturing industry.

I have not only gained insights into the business strategies employed by successful

fascinated me, as I have seen how it revolutionizes manufacturing processes across different

The impact of the internship I had great knowledge and experience. The company
made me practice what I had learned in my administrative knowledge course. Furthermore, I
learned how a company and a private body operate, as well as the many commercial marketing
tactics. In addition, the internship provided me with valuable insights into the industry's best
practices and allowed me to develop essential skills such as problem-solving and effective
communication.

Moreover, working alongside experienced professionals gave me a deeper

understanding of the intricacies involved in project management and strategic decision-making
within a business setting. Overall, my internship experience was incredibly rewarding and has
undoubtedly prepared me for a successful career in the business field. This hands-on experience
not only solidified my theoretical knowledge but also sharpened my practical skills. The
opportunity to work with industry experts was truly invaluable, as it gave me a firsthand glimpse
into the real-world challenges and complexities of business operations.

Consequently, I feel confident in my ability to navigate the competitive landscape

and contribute meaningfully to any organization I join in the future. Additionally, my time in the

quickly analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategic

6. FUTURE SCOPES
The Knowledge and experience I gained were unexplainable. These three
weeks gave me a clear path for my future. I believe the experience and Knowledge gained in this
internship will help me clear the interview and get a comfortable job at top MNC companies. Not
only did I acquire valuable knowledge and experience during these three weeks, but I also gained
a newfound sense of confidence in my abilities.

The practical skills and industry insights I obtained through this internship have

equipped me with the necessary tools to excel in future job interviews and secure a position at
renowned multinational corporations. Furthermore, the networking opportunities provided during
