Security Plan

1. Purpose
The purpose of the Construction Security Management Plan is to ensure the safety and protection of
personnel, equipment, materials, and information on the construction site. It establishes procedures and
responsibilities to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, sabotage, and other security-related incidents
throughout the duration of the project.

2. SCOPE
This plan applies to all personnel, contractors, and visitors involved in the construction activities at the project
site.

3. Security Execution Plan


3.1 Installation of Site Fence
- A secure perimeter fence will be installed around the construction site to prevent unauthorized entry.
- All entry/exit points will be clearly marked and controlled.

3.2 ID Card Issuance


- All workers, subcontractors, and visitors must be issued a photo identification card.
- Entry to the site will only be permitted to individuals wearing a valid ID card.
- Visitor cards will be time-limited and must be returned before exit.

3.3 3-Shift Security Guard Deployment


- Security personnel will be deployed in three shifts (24/7 coverage) to ensure continuous monitoring of the
site.
- Security guards will be stationed at access points and conduct regular patrols.
- A security logbook will be maintained for all incidents, entries, and inspections.

4. Responsibilities
- Site Manger : Oversees implementation of Security Execution Plan
- Security Team : Executes daily security operations and reports incidents
- All Personnel : Must comply with security procedures and report suspicious activity.

5. Monitoring & Reporting


- CCTV may be installed at key points
- Security incidents or breaches must be reported immediately to the Site Manger.
- Weekly security reviews will be conducted to assess and improve the system.
