INTRODUCTION
Health is a social right, that is why the state as a whole
with the different public bodies in charge is obliged to
promote and develop policies aimed at improving the quality of life, the
collective well-being and access to services. Venezuelan Public Health
has undergone a series of changes over time in which, sought,
encompass a complete set of knowledge and practices, scientific techniques and
cultural, ideological, political, and economic, we find this proposal
framed in what we know as Collective Health, which will allow us
incorporate innovative proposals in health centers guaranteeing and
providing access to health.
For managers in health services, the pursuit of quality

these health professionals, in this sense the health managers or
hospital managers rely on hospital management, which involves
management of all aspects related to the hospital's operation;

OBJECTIVES OF THE RESEARCH
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Provide quality service by incorporating innovative proposals,
ensuring and providing access to quality healthcare by increasing the
attention in all services to provide timely response in the Hospital
General de Higuerote, located in the Brion Municipality of the Bolivarian State
of Miranda
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Identify the average monthly consumption in medical services
of the medications.
Compare the productivity of services in the years 2020 - 2022.
Determine the application of immunization programs and the
causes of morbidity and mortality in the health center.
Improve hospital infrastructure and carry out equipment in the
services.
Establish appropriate access management to water services

One of the priorities in any society must be to organize and guide
collective efforts to promote, protect, prevent and restore health
