    1.1 Research problem A scholar must identify a real IT related problem affecting any EXISTING company. 1.1.1 Aim of the research study After identifying a problem a scholar must highlight his/ her main or major aim. 1.1.2 Objectives of the research List 5 or more objectives of your research study 1.1.3 Limitations of the study Constraints of your research study must be listed here. 1.2 Justification and rationale for the study Justify why you are carrying out the study? What are the benefits of the study? 1.3 Methodology and methods 1.3.1 Instruments Which instruments are you going to use in carrying out your research study? List the instruments eg Internet, Research assistants, Books, Journals and Articles, Statistical tools, Newspapers etc. 1.3.2 Hypothesis Which software are you going to use in tackling the problem at hand? Give a brief description of the software and the reasons for choosing the software. 1.3.3 Data collection procedures Describe how you are going to collect or gather data. eg when you intend to use Questionnaires you describe how you will use them, which data will they collect and whom will they be directed to? 1.4 Budget Breakdown your estimated budget, eg.
