Interior Walls

1. Block Laying – All interior partitions (bedrooms, CRs, kitchen, living)

o Total linear partition walls ≈ 44 meters

o Wall height = 2.7m

o Area = 44 × 2.7 = 118.8 m² → Rounded to 120 m²

2. Plain Cement Finish (Plastering) – Same as block laying

o QTY = 120 m²

Exterior Walls

3. Block Laying

o Perimeter = 10m × 4 sides = 40m

o Wall height = 2.7m

o Gross wall area = 40 × 2.7 = 108 m²

o Deduct doors/windows area ≈ 28 m²

o Net = 80 m²

4. Plain Cement Finish (Plastering)

o Same as above = 80 m²
