Grant of trevel concession for visiting any place in India by the Nigam Pension.________________

I have been retired from Nigam's service on __________ after attaining the supernuation age. In terms of Nigam's circular 428/FA/HQ/FHB/UN dated 8.12.2009 traval concession for visiting any place in India for the block of year 2008-11 is to be paid to me with the pension for Jan.,2011. It is therefore, requested that the trevel concession equal to one month's pension as per Nigam's instructions may kindly be paid to me with the pesion for Jan.,2011. The requisite undertaking is also enclosed herewith.
