REFLEXOLOGY

INTRODUCTION

In Korean, 'Su' means hand and 'Jok' means foot; it is a developed method,
fundamentally, in Korea. This method is so simple and logical, that it should not

consider it simpler and more effective.
Our hand bears a great resemblance to our entire body and this is not a coincidence,
but it is something created in form by nature to help us foresee,
diagnosing and even curing diseases through the mere application of pressure on
the affected area that corresponds, invariably, to the organ or area of the body
sick.
The fundamental basis of this method is to find the right point: 90% of the effort
It should be dedicated to locating the exact point and the remaining 10% to act on.
that point until achieving relief from the patient's symptoms. We must be
aware that the disappearance of symptoms does not imply,
necessarily, the patient's healing; the point must continue to be stimulated during
several days until the pain disappears when pressed.

It is then when we might think about the healing of the pathology that affected the
sick.
As incredible as this simple technique may seem, it achieves its objectives with just
participation of the direct stimulus in the patient, through their own mechanisms of
defense, without the need, except in exceptional cases, of another type of external therapy. These
introductory lines would be incomplete if we did not highlight the undeniable
participation in the acquisition of prior knowledge, Dr. Rafael García
Chacón, President of the Latin American Society of Natural and Traditional Medicine,
who kindly introduced us to this wonderful world of the hologram. Furthermore
we wish to express our recognition for the support and encouragement that you always give us

GENERALITIES

There are areas in the human body where, holographically, everything is

represented organism. In Acupuncture, these areas are called microsystems and
thus we have the ear, tongue, iris, feet and hands.
The holographic photography allowed for, for the first time, the three-dimensional vision of
photographed object. For this, the negative had the characteristic that each piece of the
same contained the entirety of the photographed object.
This constituted a model to explain the functioning of many aspects of the
reality in which the whole is represented in each of its parts.
In the hologram technique, called Su Jok which means 'hand-foot', we use
fundamentally, the regions of the hands and feet since they are the ones that most easily
they represent the human body. For example, the body has 5 appendages: 4 limbs
and the head; the hand has 5 appendages, the fingers. If we are standing, 4 limbs
they point towards the ground and one, the head, points in a different direction; in the hand, to the
spread out, 4 fingers pointing down and the thumb in the opposite direction. The 4 extremities
they have 3 segments, for example, thigh, leg, and foot; the toes that represent those
Extremities have 3 segments: the phalanges, and the thumb, which represents the head and the
neck, also has 2 segments or phalanges.
The interesting thing about all this is that it has been proven that we can positively influence
about the body and its functions, through the stimulus of its analogical representation,
as happens in the ear with Auriculotherapy, which is considered a related technique to
Acupuncture, although it does not really follow the same therapeutic principles.
When properly stimulated, these holosystems will activate,
powerfully, the effective self-healing mechanisms of the body,
achieving surprising and immediate results.
The stimuli to be used in the analog points can be pressure, puncture, massage,
heat or cold. It is of vital importance to properly locate the points on which
will work and will not stop searching until the specific point is located.

PHYSIOTHERAPY AND PATHOLOGY

The explanation of why and how these holosystems work is not available.
sufficiently elaborate and it is unlikely that it can be done through
the meridians described by Acupuncture or Auriculotherapy, although the latter
it seems more so given its analog projection.
Dr. Rafael García Chacón, President of the Latin American Association of Medicine
Natural and Traditional suggests that we may possibly have to resort to concepts
new functionalities related to the energy of the shape and with the operation of the
autonomic nervous system. What is clear to everyone is the enormous effectiveness
therapy of the holograms of the hands and feet, especially the former.
So far, what we do know is that the hologram contains a series of points.
analogues, which represent the sick organ and whose stimulation can produce
relief and even healing of the condition that afflicts the patient. And it does so in a short time,
since the first treatment session. The important thing is to make a good diagnosis
holographic and knowing how to convince the patient that the pain they will feel when pressing the
precise point is going to be for a very short time and it has the great advantage of almost eliminating
completely the symptomatology from the first session. The most likely pathophysiology
It would be that acting on the holographic points stimulates the nervous system.

There is a great similarity between the hand and the human body. Let's look at some of those.

TECHNIQUE EMPLOYED

In all these patients, we use the outpatient technique. The painful point is located.
in the area of the hand corresponding to the affected organ, with the thicker tip of the
stick for diagnosis and is pressed for about a minute with the
finer tip of the rod as therapy. After checking if relief occurred from
the symptoms affecting the patient, a small adhesive bandage is placed in the area
with a holy thistle seed used in auriculotherapy or the point is marked with a
pen and it is indicated to press it every three hours with a blunt object, not sharp, like
the handle of a paintbrush, a crochet hook, or a key that has a blunt tip and
the patient is called in two days to check their progress. If the point is stimulated
the patient begins to sweat profusely, it is an unmistakable sign that
we found the right point.
This is not pathognomonic as it is possible for the patient not to sweat and, however,
we are at the analog point, but the fact of sweating is very indicative that it
we succeeded. This simple diagnostic and therapeutic technique can be used as the only one.
therapy or associate it with other traditional medicine techniques such as auriculotherapy,
acupuncture, magnetotherapy, pyramid energy, etc.

BRONZE ROD FOR DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

This rod was made in the Jesús Menéndez Workshop in the city of Camagüey,
under the theoretical guidance of Dr. Ulises Sosa Salinas and prepared by Tec. Luis
Fernando del Pino Miranda.
According to the hand that it is, analogically, it will be the upper or lower limb.

GLANDS: The numbers in parentheses in the text correspond to the diagram.

The most important glands in the body are: the pituitary gland, the thyroid gland, and the thymus.
These three glands are represented in the thumb, which is the most
important hand in hand.
The pituitary gland (1a) is located in the center of the pulp of the thumb, on the right hand for
the woman on the left for the man.
The thyroid gland (1b) is represented in the center of the anterior face of the phalanx.

These points can be stimulated when it is necessary to activate the mechanism of these three.
glands.

PANCREAS: The pancreas (2) is represented in the center and slightly above
proximal fold of the palm, known in palmistry as the 'line of life'. There
the pain is located in diabetic patients or with other pancreatic symptoms.

KIDNEYS: The kidneys (3) are represented in the most proximal part of
the spaces between the second and third metacarpal and between the fourth and the
fifth metacarpal, on the dorsal side of the right hand for women and left
for men. They are stimulated, not only when there is some kidney pathology, but
when it is necessary to energetically support another pathology, especially of the spine
vertebral.

PROSTATE: The prostate (4) is located on the dorsal side of the left hand, in the
fold located between the middle and ring fingers. It is pressed in a modulated way
deeply towards the center of the hand. It is usually quite painful in
prostate conditions in men over 50 years old. The greatest pain occurs the
the first time, after the discomfort, which lasts about a minute, is more bearable.
Very effective in prostatic hyperplasias.

OVARIES: The ovaries (5) are located in two small depressions that are
they are found on the palm of the hand above the metacarpophalangeal joints
of the middle and ring fingers. Between these two depressions, it can be seen, mainly in
the right hand, an elongated prominence that ends just between the fingers
mentioned and correspond to the uterus. The female genitals are located
represented in the palm region between the middle and ring fingers.

TESTICLES: Just like in women, the male genitals are located between
the middle and ring fingers, preferably on the left hand (6).

ANALOG INSECT SYSTEM: It is called this way because it resembles a

insect with limbs shrunk to the sides. It is located in the four fingers of
little finger index, but viewed with the distal phalanges facing up. The entire organism
it is also represented in those fingers: in the palmar surface the head (pad), the thorax
(media phalanx) and the abdomen (proximal phalanx), and from the back, the spine.
Any finger can be used, but the most effective are the index and middle fingers.
This system is very useful in abdominal and thoracic disorders due to its ease
localization of the painful point. It has the difficulty that the space is smaller and the
shorter distances. It is not very effective for locating the vertebrae individually,
but it can be used for more general conditions of the spine.

ANALOG THUMB INVERSION MINISYSTEM: We know, by the

representative image of the organs on the palm of the hand (see image), that the face and
the heads are located in the pulp of both thumbs. However, there is a
interesting and effective method that locates these areas on the back of the thumb, seen from
inverted form:

ADVANTAGES OF THE HOLOGRAM TECHNIQUE (SU JOK)

It can be used as a diagnostic and therapeutic means.

It is easy to learn due to its analog application.
It is not necessary to memorize the points like in acupuncture.
It can be applied by the patient themselves at home.
It is a very economical and effective means of therapy.

DISORDERS OF THE SHOULDER JOINT

One of the joints most benefited by hologram therapy is the

scapulohumeral, considering that shoulder pain does not always refer to
a pathology specific to this joint but to an issue of the cervical spine. In
In the following table, we can observe the frequency regarding shoulder pain.

ETIOLOGICAL FREQUENCY IN SHOULDER PAIN

Cervical syndromes 52.6%

Scapulohumeral periarthritis 28.3%
Rheumatoid Arthritis 10.4%
Tumors 5.8%
Neurological and internal injuries 0.9%

However, we will present the most common shoulder conditions that are observed in
the daily consultation of Orthopedics and Rheumatology.

SHADOW

In general, the shoulder is regarded as a simple condyloid joint, the

scapulohumeral. It consists, however, of 4 separate joints, the
scapulohumeral, the sternoclavicular, the acromioclavicular, and the scapulothoracic.

Shoulder pain is generally a symptom of a sprain or strain of the tissues.

flexibles that surround the shoulder joints, which can cause inflammation
periarticular: supraspinatus tendinitis, bursitis, bicipital tenosynovitis, shoulder
frozen, etc. Generally, the term shoulder periartritis is used to refer to the complex
symptomatic of pain, inflammation and functional impotence, more or less marked, that
it causes any joint alteration.

1.PERIFOCAL INFLAMMATION: It is due to chronic degeneration or

inflammation of the bursa and the flexible tissues surrounding the joints
from the shoulder. It may have started with a slight sprain or local cramp, or
it can occur spontaneously. The pain may be localized or cover a
large area with radiation towards the neck and the arm. A characteristic of this
affection is that at first the main problem is the pain, while in the
the main difficulty lies in the functional disorder.
2. SUPRASPINATUS TENDINITIS: This condition is an inflammation
chronic or a degenerative change of the tendon, which is often seen in people
workers over 50 years old. Generally, the pain covers the area
lateral of the shoulder and there is functional impotence in arm abduction.
3. BURSITIS: This condition was described by Duplay in 1872, and it is one of the
entities that are part of the shoulder periarthritis syndrome. The pain
it is characteristic and manifests itself as a referred sensitivity to the portion
superior of the shoulder, which radiates towards the insertion of the deltoid muscle and
it considerably intensifies at night. In addition, the pain increases with the
abduction and internal rotation of the humerus. Generally, the pain increases
with heat and is relieved with cold.
4. BICIPITAL TENOSYNOVITIS: The main symptoms are inflammation and
sensitivity to pressure in the region of the anterior branch of the biceps. The flexion
elbow with bicep contraction causes great pain. Furthermore, abduction or
extension of the arm causes intense pain.
5. FROZEN SHOULDER: It constitutes a well-defined clinical entity that
it has a characteristic evolution. It is common in patients over 40
It occurs in older adults and is more common in women. There is pain and stiffness in the shoulder with great
functional impotence to all movements, although the least painful is in
the anteroposterior plane. There is evidence of fibrous ankylosis of the joint
scapulohumeral
6. SCAPULALGIA: Inflammation of the scapula, look for cervical spine and
dorsal.

The areas where we locate the shoulder joint are: the latero-external portion.
of the knuckle or metacarpophalangeal joint of the index and little fingers, according to
to the affected hand. For example, if the injury is on the right arm and we intend to
search in the left hand, we will use the knuckle of the pinky finger and if we look for it in the
right hand, the knuckle of the index.

The diagnosis, looking for the most painful point, is made at the end of the various
folds that are found from the fold located in the middle third of the phalanx
proximal to the fold at the level of the metacarpophalangeal joint, and the is explored the
end of all the folds that are found in that area. This is done the same in the
index like in the little finger. The therapy is carried out by applying pressure in a modulated form.

PAIN IN THE ELBOW

There are three fundamental types of causes of elbow pain, in addition to those caused by
arthritis
1. EPICONDYLITIS: Inflammation at the level of the external epicondyle of the humerus,
also called "tennis elbow." The main symptoms are pain and
sensitivity at the level of the epicondyle and the humeroradial joint, which is
intensifies the movements of pronation-supination and sudden extension.
2.EPITROCLITIS: Pain and inflammation at the level of the internal condyle of the humerus or
epitrochlea. The symptoms are similar to those of epicondylitis but located in the
inner part of the elbow.
3. ACUTE SOFT TISSUE INJURY OF THE ELBOW: There is
history of acute trauma with local inflammation. As the localization of the

HOLOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS IN ELBOW CONDITIONS

The localization of elbow conditions is done at the level of the middle phalanx of the
index and little fingers according to the arm that is to be explored. The painful point is

above or below the end of the fold. Therapy is achieved by pressing on
shaped form at the most painful point for approximately half to one
minute (as long as the exquisite pain persists).

Wrist Pain

The wrist joint includes the distal radioulnar joint and the joints
carpals, as well as the soft periarticular tissues that are susceptible to suffering conditions
traumatic, inflammatory, and degenerative. The most common pathologies we treat
in these joints are: Radial and ulnar styloiditis, wrist sprain, tendonitis or
tenosynovitis of extensors and flexors at the level of the wrist or forearm, disease
de Quervain, carpal tunnel syndrome and Sudeck's disease.
Of these conditions, the most treated with Su Jok are Quervain's disease and the
carpal tunnel syndrome. However, all these conditions are susceptible to
treatment with magnetic fields, pyramid energy or combined therapies.
Due to the specific characteristics of some of these conditions, we will describe them.
separately.

De Quervain's disease

Occupational factors are often a determining factor in tenosynovitis.

de Quervain's tenosynovitis or de Quervain's disease, due to the friction of
tendon against the sheath, causing a traumatic inflammation. This same principle
It also acts in carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger.
Quervain's disease is a non-bacterial inflammation that affects
fundamentally, to the abductor tendon of the thumb at the level of the radial styloid. The
symptoms are pain, sensitivity in the radial area of the wrist, and weakness of the finger
thumb. Generally, the patient experiences intense pain when holding a weight between the thumb
and the index finger (digital pinch) that forces him to release the object. The Finkelstein maneuver
(hyperflexion of the thumb and wrist bending in the ulnar direction) is very painful.

CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

In this syndrome, the median nerve is compressed in the carpal tunnel. Its

reflex sympathetic dystrophy and post-traumatic painful osteoporosis, with a characteristic
spotty decalcification that appears after a trauma and is associated with

frequency as a complication of fractures of the distal third of the ulna and radius

good results in the treatment of your conditions. We have obtained results
favorable in osteoarthritis, periarthritis, trauma, tendinitis, arthritis, and trigger finger
using hologram therapy. The spring finger, due to being a condition
considered predominantly surgical, we will analyze it separately.

SPRING FINGER

The spring phenomenon or sudden triggering movement of a finger is a

very annoying injury in the fingers of the hand, whose treatment is traditionally
surgical. It may be due to various causes, although the most common is the formation
of a nodule or thickening in the flexor tendon that gets stuck in the annular pulley at the level
from the head of the metacarpal. Some attempts at treatment have been described.
conservative such as: Physiotherapy, infiltration with hydrocortisone or immobilization, with
very poor results. Therefore, currently, surgical treatment is recommended
for this condition.

Since 1994 we have treated this pathology with electromagnetotherapy, with excellent
results. This innovation in the treatment of trigger finger was presented at the XI
Science and Technology Forum (1996), where he obtained the Provincial Relevant Award and,
later, Relevant Award at the National Forum on Applied Magnetism
celebrated that same year in Santiago de Cuba. Currently, we are adding the technique of
Hologram as an additional treatment, although we have achieved excellent results.

due to the close relationship between the hip, knee, and spine. We remember that

frequent in our environment. It is characterized by nonspecific pain at the level of the

CERVICAL SPINE CONDITIONS

CERVICAL SYNDROME

The clinical picture of cervical syndrome has been known since ancient times, as its
appearance is related not only to age, but also to certain accidents or
traumatic injuries that affect the cervical region.
Among the cervical syndromes most commonly treated by traditional medicine are:
Cervical spondylosis, posterior cervical syndrome or Barré-Lieou syndrome, neck stiffness and
cervicobrachialgia

CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

In its strict meaning, it wants to express the concept of partial or total degeneration of
the bony structure of one or more cervical vertebrae, although in reality, with this term

cervical and limitation of some head movements. The patient complains of a
annoying fatigue, sometimes with a sensation of tingling or burning that the patient cannot quite...
define. They feel heavy in the head and are fatigued from holding it upright. Another almost constant symptom and
the one that does not receive much attention consists of a rubbing sensation or
crepitation that occurs when the patient performs abrupt rotational movements
from the head. The evolution over time of joint degeneration
cervical intersomatic, involves the injury of the uncovertebral joints and of
the intervertebral. As the canal or conduit of conjunction on its anterior part is
formed partly by the uncovertebral joint and its posterior part by the
intervertebral, any hypertrophy or hyperostosis of its bony components, can
to become an irritating thorn of the cervical spinal roots, which sharpens
considerably the symptomatology.

REFLECT YOUR JOKE

The reflection of the universal algorithm of the creative processes of consciousness in the
structure of the energy system and the bodies of the person. Dr. Lenik Vladimir
Nikolayevich.

therapists with adequate knowledge of anatomy and physiology will understand it

many therapists will appreciate this free manual.

The Microcosm of the person, just like the Cosmos, consists of three elements:

The spirit - the Cosmic consciousness

2. The matter - the plastic substance
3. Energy - cosmic electricity.
With the help of Energy, the Spirit influences Matter, creating from it the
Forms and filling with movement. In one of its aspects, Energy manifests itself in
through the fields: magnetic, electromagnetic, gravitational, torsion, etc.
also through the informational fields of the mental levels. The lines of
the strength of these fields is described in Chinese medicine as the meridians, by the
which circulates the energy Ki (TSi, CHi). The chakras are described in the doctrines.
Hindus like energetic whirlwinds.
The chakras and the meridians have the precise chart of the arrangement on the body, their
quantity is constant.
Why are they located this way, instead of another way?
According to what plan does Nature build the energy system and the body of the
person?
We will try to get closer to the answers to these questions, having researched the
structure of the energy system based on the example of the bel-meridian of the hand.

The Bel-meridians are the miniature holographic copy of the meridians.

In the research, we will take the meridians of the Yin surface, as the information
The Yin category has more constant characteristics than Yang.

We look at the order of their location in the image below. The Bel-meridians range from
Yan (Light) towards Yin (Cold) "cooling down" gradually. First goes the meridian of
Light, the most active Yan energy, next comes the meridian of Dryness, it penetrates the
precise order of the course of the meridians from Yan to Yin, and further on
meridians go straight by the degree of the "cooling" of energies that pass through them:
Heat, Warmth, the Wind, Humidity, Cold. In the hand are the bel-meridians of
fingers 4 and 5, which are the mirror reflection of fingers 2 and 3. The Meridian of Light in
the hand has no double.

It draws attention to the vector of time, which can be observed precisely from
beautiful meridian.
Dryness up to the mid-meridian. The cold can also be referred to as a vector of
movement, for time is inseparable from movement and change. It is evident the
analogy - Light (the energy that binds the properties of 6 Ki) enters Materia, it
scattered over the color rays-energies which perform the phenomenon of life (6
What are functional energies that determine all the processes that supply in the
nature and the organism of the person), this is similar to the process of dispersion of
the visible light in a prism. The order of the meridians shows us that Light,
entering into Matter, gradually loses its activity, cooling from Heat to
The Cold. If we close our fingers by bending the bel-meridians of (the 2nd and 3rd fingers) and the
secondary conformity (fingers 4 and 5) - Dryness with Dryness, Heat with

functional. The outer ring is of Dryness, the rest of the energies conclude in
Hello, they are like branches of energies.
Energetic spheres of the hand and the iris

It is known that each energy exerts a specific influence, inherent only to it,
about matter (it forms its own tissue, the organ and the function).
The energy of Dryness shapes and nourishes the skin and connective tissue. The energy of
Scorching heat shapes the nervous and endocrine systems. The energy of warmth.
the cardiovascular system forms. The energy of the Wind shapes the muscle tissue and
motor. The energy of Humidity forms the lymphatic, fat, and digestive systems, and
the energy of Cold (of bone and reproductive). The Light (energy that controls 6 Ki
(functional), is not related to any tissue of the body. There is a correlation
between the structure of the energy sphere over the fingers and the structure of the body.

We compare this sphere to the irises of the eyes. The iris is the part of the body that carries
the information about the entire organism. It's easy to notice that the concentric circles of the
energy spheres are situated as well as the diagnostic rings of the iris.
Thus, the Meridian of Dryness (which directs to the skin) is located outside and the ring
skin diagnosis in the iris is located in the same place. Then comes the meridian.
of the suffocating Heat (nervous system). Then comes the Meridian of Warmth (vessels) and the
ring of the vascular system in the iris. Then in the hand, the meridians continue.
Wind (liver) and Humidity (the digestive tube), the arrangement of which coincides.
also with the arrangement of the diagnostic ring of digestion in the iris. More
"profound" is the meridian of Cold, which is directed by the bone system. In the iris, the
the projection of the spinal column is also located on its internal parts, around
of the pupil.

This same correlation is followed in the general logic of the structure of the body.
Thus, the skin is a superficial tissue, the bone tissue is deeper, between the skin and
bones are successively situated the remaining tissues. Thus, the order of arrangement
from the meridians of Dryness to Cold corresponds to the arrangement of the
tissues of the bodies from the surface to the depth.

But how to explain this consequence?

Why are the meridians and tissues distributed this way, instead of in another way?
Head - Torso Map

Only the general principle of the 'cooling' of energies in series is clarified from the
energy of Light to Cold. Light is the energy of the Spirit, penetrating into the
matter "scatters" to the functional rays of the energies "that cool down"
gradually.
Each energy forms its own fabric of the body and remains linked to it in the form of
an administrative meridian.

But why does that 'fresh' energy of Dryness 'penetrate' between the 'warm' Light and
heat energy?

Research only at the physical level does not allow us to answer this question.
We will examine the information, which reflects the energies of the mental levels of the
meridians.
The acupuncture theory states that energy flows through the meridians at three levels -
physical, emotional, and mental.

The energies at the physical level manifest through the phenomena of Wind (the liver,
the gallbladder), Heat (warmth) (the heart, the vascular system), the suffocating Heat
(of the head and the spinal cord), Humidity (the stomach, the pancreas), Dryness
(lungs, the large intestine) and Cold (the kidneys, the bladder).
At the emotional level, these same energies manifest through Anger (the Wind), by the
Joy (Heat (Warmth)), Happiness (Suffocating Heat), Alertness (Humidity), the
Sadness (Dryness), Fear (Cold);
At the mental level: Originality (the creativity of ideas - the Wind), Desire
Heat
(Dryness), Wisdom the (Cold).
At higher mental levels, this energy manifests as psychic energy.
Reflexology hand map

To understand the meaning of the movement of the spirit in matter, we will examine the
Order of energies at the highest level (mental). First is situated the meridian of
the Will (Dryness); then the Intention (Heat(Warmth)); the Desire (Heat)
suffocating); Originality, creativity, the creation of ideas (Wind); the
Consciousness, reflections (Humidity); Wisdom (Cold). It is interesting to note that
this order of energies almost completely coincides with the phases of actions, which
the person does in ordinary life.

We will examine any simple action, for example, feeding. At first, the
the person feels tension and a slight undefined discomfort (these signals are the phase of the
Intention (Stifling heat)). Especially for the energy of Stifling heat are
typical symptoms of indefiniteness and tension. More so, when these sensations are
they will increase and begin to be more defined, the person starts to understand that
he is hungry is the phase of Desire (Heat (Warmth)). The manifestations of this energy
they are characterized by desire, inclination (passion), aspiration.
In the next phase, the person is born with the Idea - how to satisfy this desire. The idea
it depends on the originality of thought. One will come up with the idea of eating in the
house, to make a visit to another, to a third person to eat in the restaurant. It is the third phase, she
corresponds to the Originality the (Wind).
The energy of Originality manifests itself through the birth of ideas, the
creativity, originality. The next phase, Reflection, corresponds to the energy
of Consciousness (Humidity). In this phase, the person creates the plan for the realization of the
idea, reflect, meditate on all its details. For how the intellect is developed.
correctly, scrupulously and it will be well thought out precisely and this is carried out
plan. In the subsequent phase, the activity of the energy of the Will is demonstrated
Dryness. To carry thought into action, will is necessary. In the end, the
the person has eaten and the experience of the act has remained with them. It is the phase of synthesis,
i.e. Wisdom the (Cold). She is the final result of any action, it will be the action of

from consciousness, from the realization of physiological needs to the phases of
creative process of the painter, the architect, the composer.
Another reflexology map of the hands

As we can see, these phases correspond to the order of the meridians and the depth of
the arrangement of the tissues in the body. The only discrepancy is that the energy of the
Will in the order of the meridians comes first. In the structure of the system.
energetic, in the chakras, we can find the consequence that coincides with the
phases of a person's action.
The order of the chakras from Sahasrara to Muladhara without exceptions coincides with
them. The consequence of the chakra energies from top to bottom is the following:
Light
the Consciousness
spirit, penetrating into Matter, has the Intention, demonstrates the Desire and accelerates to
create the Idea-thought, create the Plan for its realization, tense the Will,
embodying this idea in matter, and ending up with Wisdom - the synthesis of all
movements.

If we look at the quality of the phases of a person's action, we will see that the change
of the state of matter is done only in the phase of the Will. Until this had
only a few feelings, the thought, the reflection, in other words, the
actions at the level of ideas. The Will - is the only energy that has allowed to
the energies of Intention, to Desire, the Idea, the Reflection, to be truly realized in the
matter. Only Will allows us to overcome the resistance of matter and change it
state. The 6 Ki Energies became the tissues of the body and for their
incarnation, from the beginning, energy was necessary to overcome inertia
of matter. And this energy is the energy of the Will. For this reason, all the
the structure of the body is wrapped in the sphere of the Will, on the physical plane it is the
skin and connective tissue. The entire organism is trapped in the sphere of the
Will is held back by Will, the powerful force of nature, without which it is
impossible to overcome and transform the inertia of matter.
All the other energies are like subordinate branches of energy.
Will. This tells us that the construction of the body from the beginning is the deed.
Volition of the Reason of nature. Within the intense Will and under its influence
the entire body structure was built.
Thus, creating the body, "sculpting" the form from matter, the Spirit determines the
succession, which is reflected on the meridians: the Intention, the Desire, the Originality,
Consciousness, Wisdom, but already the prisoners in the sphere of constructive energy of
The Will. This allows the 'ideal' energies to be embodied in matter and form
the tissues of the body.
In Hindu philosophy, the capacity of the influence of Consciousness on Matter is
it is called the Kriya–Shakti force. It is the creative force, made up of Will and the
Imagination. The process of 'modeling' seems like twisting (swirling)
of matter and energy in the toroidal ring.

Thus, in the energy structure of the system we see two modes of penetration of the
energies:

Chakral, which reflects the primary sinking of the Spirit into Matter.
2. Meridional, which reflects the process of the creation of the body by the force of
Will and the incarnation, in the outcome we have the sinking of the Spirit
with its Intention, the Desire, the Idea, the Reflection, and the Wisdom.

Energy field of the hands

Two orders of the movement of energies from Light to Cold: a) chakral b)
meridional.

At the mental level, the structure of the body seems as follows - on the outside, it is
protected by the Will (the skin and the capsule of connective tissue), inside it
supports in Wisdom (bone and reproductive systems). The brain and the system
nervous are the realization of the Intent of the Spirit, the heart and the apparatus
circulatory for the realization of your Desire, the energy of Originality and Consciousness
it intertwines, forming the Möbius strip, the symbol of infinite creation and the
reflection is motor and digestive system.
Such is the great beauty and rationality of the construction of the human body.
by the Reason of Nature.

In conclusion, it is possible to say that the structure of the body and the structure of the system
Energy reflects the universal scheme of the action of the Reason of nature.

This is the action of the subconscious reason that penetrates matter and, in the end, is the reflection
of the Divine Wisdom. E.P. Blavatsky, the Secret Doctrine

the Spirit, being the cosmic consciousness, influences Matter with the help of the
psychic energy, which "circulates" through the meridians and chakras. In the result, Matter
acquires form and information. The actions of the Spirit, as if they were
aware of the reason of the person or the actions of the subconscious reason of the
Nature, in the uncontainable streak that creates and creates the diverse forms of life,
they have the same scheme. She is reflected in the structure of the chakras,
meridians and the general logic of the arrangement of the body's tissues.
Thus, the structure of bodies and the structure of the energy system is the revelation.
