This is to acknowledge your request for evidences related to the

termination of your service.


Please be informed that your termination was carried out with due
process based on documented instances of negligence of duty and violations
of existing school policies and the provisions of your contract of services.
These grounds were communicated to you on May 6, 2025 during our
meeting. At the said meeting, you were asked several questions and given
the chance to respond. The CCTV footages showing some of these violations
were likewise mentioned during this confrontation.
However, it is not within my obligation as the School Head to provide
evidentiary documents for the purpose you have indicated—that is, to be
used in filing a complaint. Should you wish to pursue further action, you may
do so through the appropriate legal channels, where such matters can be
properly addressed.
