Mayor Jim Suttle Proclaims May 15th ALPFA Day as ALPFA Launches its 40th Chapter in Nebraska

May 15, 2012, Omaha, Nebraska Mayor Jim Suttle will proclaim May 15th as ALPFA Day to commemorate the launching of ALPFAs 40th chapter in Omaha Nebraska. The chapter will be recognized as ALPFA Nebraska and has already established its board of directors and ConAgra Foods as a local sponsor. The official kick-off will happen today at 5:00 pm at the ConAgra headquarters with the Mayor Suttle attending as well as ALPFA CEO Manny Espinoza, and ALPFA Institute President, Adam Arroyos who was also the founding member of ALPFA Northwest Arkansas. In our 40 year history, there has never been a greater economic or business need than now to build future Latino business leaders, said ALPFA CEO Manny Espinoza. The dramatic population findings from the 2010 Census clearly indicate that the future workforce of the next two decades is being developed today.
