3 NOVEMBER 2011 EXPERIENCING During our lecture session for subject food science and nutrition.

My friend, Mohd Fadlilah and I, Suardi were been asked by our lecturer to conduct an activity on experiencing food at any food seller around the campus. Well actually, the activity is about eating and observing the environmental situation at that place. glance to our environment. Due to the size of the kiosk, the customer that went to that place can enjoy their meal behind the kiosk where the tables and chairs been provided. The environment at that place is quite clean. The owner of the kiosk takes high priority to the cleanliness of her kiosk. Besides that, the owner of the kiosk takes every ingredients using a spoon to ensure that the customers will not eat food that being contaminated from her bare hand. The ingredients also being kept in closed container to prevent any microbes of insect from flying into the ingredients.The soup that being poured into the noodles also being kept heated, this will prevent the growing of microbes.

So in the end, we have chosen the food kiosk in front of Dewan Rahman Talib. The kiosk provides many variety of food such as snack and and so on. Without wasting time, my friend and I ordered Mee Soup. We ordered Mee Soup because most of the customers there were eating that food. Therefore we assume that the food must be the main recipe for that kiosk.

As a conclusion, the kiosk is suitable for people who want to have their meal due to the positive feedback that we observe at that place. Plus the price is reasonable.
