Camp Coordinators: Galilee; assisted by Keenan -Oversee all departments -Oversee the camp and its activities -Take care of the welfare and safety of campers and speakers Camp Commandant: Daniel Tong; assisted by Galilee Kuan Medium of communication between campers and Wake up early In-charge of camp sessions Bring whistle Make sure campers doesnt do weird stuff Pnw Coordinator: Tricia Lim Free choice for Pnw coordinator to form worship teams Pnw equipment list must be prepared ( tricia, Tong and Bob) Confirm camp theme song, send song list to GIG Media coordinator Prepare practice venue Secretary: Keenan Settle camp proposal with SAD Record down all campers registration forms and information

Additional Details:
1. We need to think and come up with methods to obtain funds/money for the camp. Eg. By sponsorship/ fundraising. 2. We need to arrange transport and consider the method(s) for different TARC Campuses to go to the campsite. 3. We can try an online registration method for registration. 4. We have decided to implement a New rule: -50% non-refundable camp fee as deposit for better commitment from registered members. 5. Praise and worship will be in trilingual. 6. Committee will be there early to set up for the camp. 7. Visitation Date is yet to be decided. 8. Camp rules will be decided by Galilee and Keenan.
