First release of salary will be received on the cut-off prior to the inclusive dates that a particular casual had reported VII. Salary Deductions Admin Fee will be deducted upon receiving casual's first salary amounting to Php 800.00 Staggered payment of cash bond will start on the second release of salary Mandatory Contributions such as Tax, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig will be adjusted on the second cut-off VIII. Quit Claim and Release Form After reaching the end day of casual's contract, a signed clearance form must be submitted to Transcend Outsourcing Program Corp. along with all documents, supplies and other accountabilities that should be turn over to HR Division Office. ONLY when a casual has been declared "cleared", processing of Quit Claim / Waiver will then start and expect to be released after 30 days Quit Claim and Release Form states the amount should a casual get, this includes his / her prorated 13th month pay; cash bond and remaining unpaid reported working days IX. Other matters Resignation will be accepted but not encourage, effective date shall take place after 30 days upon submission unless replacement is hired and considered cleared by the company Casual's Kit will be given together with his / her signed Guidelines and Contract from Transcend Outsourcing Program Corp.
