Contac your University and ask for a space in their website or computer labs to put a banner or screensaver promoting your recruitment; in this way you will be targeting directly to your audience.

Although is the simplest and easiest way to reach some of your target audience you must be very careful in the disign and content of your e-mail promotion. Nowadays its almost impossible not using social networks as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and some other. But be really careful when promoting your opportunities; focus on your target, give the right information and remember always to respect our branding.

In a recruitment process members involvement is always needed. Encourage your LC members to promote your recruitment through their personal Facebook status, msn nick, tweets, and even personal e-mail to their friends. This method is excellent to create a viral message and to make the whole LC be committed with your exchange goals!

Dont forget to have your LC website completely updated and with all the required information for your recruitment campaign.

One of the most popular ways to promote the organization is the AIESEC stand in your campus. For the complete success of this tactic make sure to find the appropiate place and hours to have it. Train all the people who will be in the stand and have all the necessary logistic and promotional equipment (flyers, cards, computer, product sheets, etc) to give the best service to your audience.

To make a creative and impact promotion you can design life size models of your LCs interns or returnees and put them all around your campus. To add more impact invite those people to your stand or information session and let the audience meet them in person!

If your university has a huge campus, why dont to spread the message by using the floor? Just get some pieces of chalk and put your homepage on the floor, people will be wondering what is about and will check it. You can also use catchy words/messages to invite people to your stand. Note: Be sure you have the permission of your university for doing that!

Use helium ballons with the AIESEC logo or tie some flyer on it to create an alternative way to promote your campaign. Put the ballons in places crowed and where people can easily see them.

Another regular promotional tactic, which if is well targeted can be really effective. Make an attractive and different design, you can make posters as a postcard or use the Im an AIESECer campaign. For flyers you can print an international recipe or an interesting fact about a country in the back side, this will encourage people to actually look at it instead of just throwing it away.

A different way to present your information is creating little pyramids or cubes with the main information on it. Then leave them on the tables of cafeterias, libraries, classrooms, etc. In this way people will defenitely have to take a look on them!

To make a different type of flyer or card, why dont you make them more attractive by putting it some candies? Just staple one candy to each flyer and make people want one!

If you put AIESEC stickers on the restrooms wall remember to be sure that they will not be damaged. Use the mirrors and the doors to place them.

During your recruitment campaign you can select a day for your members wear one AIESEC Tshirt, showing support to the LC and encouraging other people to ask about AIESEC

Use the traditional Post-its writting something related your recruitment on them and place a big ammount of them in a visible place.

You can develop a special offer to incentive people: i.e. bring 5 of your friends and receive a special discount, or apply in the first week and receive a free conference in the LC, etc.

You can ask for a empty wall in your campus or just place lots of flipcharts on the wall and create a Grafiti Wall to promote your recruitment. Let people writte the countries they want to visit, their thoughts about global issues, etc. Then you can ask each person to invite another to draw something on your wall

If your university has a big campus, try using big signs on the grass guiding people to your information sessions or just promoting the exchange programs.
AIESEC INFO SESSION

Another idea for using the campus is leaving boxes around the grass with the message open me, then inside you will have little notes promoting your recruitment and with a final message like this: Now close me and leave to someone else can open me again. You can costumize the boxes according the countries youre promoting to make them more attractive and catchy.

Find one of your strongest TN taker or partners and ask them to writte a little paragraph showing support to AIESEC and the exchange programs. This will make the programs more attractive.

Once again, you can use your natural campus, such as trees to make a different and creative promotion. Just add a wide colorful ribbon to the trees and put some AIESEC flyers on it, people will see it and they will need to check what is it.

This a different an unique idea to attrack people on campus, just build a pair of binoculars with black cardboard and at the end of them add a board to place different world images (be sure you can change them), the let people to look at it and try to identify wich country is it. You can give prizes as candies for those who guess.

Make with pasteboard stylish frames for windows cars and put in them pictures of worlds landscapes; at the top add a message that says something like: you could be having this view, join AIESEC internship program. Place them in all the cars of your campus, drivers will have to see them!

If you have extremely motivating and dynamic members use them to promote your recruitment personally by carryng a nice ad on their bodys and inviting people to the stand or info sessions. The person should be in most popular places around the campus. Note: Use at least two people so they wont feel alone!

One of the most effective tactics to promote the program is to ask for a brief space on classes and give a fast but effective AIESEC message. Invite people to the stand and information session and if the professor allows you give some flyers. Make sure you have the permission for doing this before interrupting any class!

This method is perfect to spread the message in a fast way. Just invite your LC members to share with all their friends about the AIESEC exchange program and make them attend to an info session.

Use a public intervention to promote internships (mainly GCDP) can be an impactful way to get to your target. Just select one of the AIESEC global issues and with your recruitment team approach every person in your campus. Ask them some questions, give them some facts or create any other interesting but short content about the topic. At the end remember to give them AIESEC information and invite them to stand/session

Creating a flash mob to impulse your campaign is a great idea to involve your LC members and make a huge impacton your campus. Be sure you have practiced enough and that you have a big and visited place to do it. Be as creative as you want to design it!!

You can also use your interns to promote your OGX recruitment campaign! Just invite them to make a small global village or food festival in the campus, and make sure they will promote the internship opportunities among students. This tactic is a useful way to let the audience experience a little bit about other cultures and become more interested in the programs.

Selecting a global issue and creating the space (as a conference, webminar, panel, etc) to people get involve with it is a good strategy to give the audience something more than just the promotion. At the end you can just give a brief explanation of the internships opportunities.

Not only the external audience is important. Make sure you have your internal campaign among LC members to encourage people going on exchange. Creating a contest to people can compete and have a final prize can be one of the tactis to promote the recruitment at the internal level.

No matter if is in your campus or if is it an external one, an event is always a great opportunity to reach a big amount of people. Look for events that are alligned with the organization and make the proposal to be part of them. Place a stand if possible and make sure your people is completely trained to sell the exchange products

For

each tactic check the cost, human resources and impact it will cause so you can be prepared. Plan with a timeline the dates and responsibles of each marketing activity Share your results after appying any tactic with other LCs Be innovative and think in more creative promo strategies and tactis!
