    Responsibilities / Technical skills:


    Minimum of 10 years experience in the networking eld
    Bachelor degree in engineering or Information technology or equivalent
    Continually improve upon skills and ability to learn new technologies.
    Participate in problem management processes that have engineering or architectural elements
    Resolve operational issues escalated from Tier 2 and ensure documentation and training occurs to ensure Tier 2
    resolution on the next occurrence.
    Demonstrate a dedication to seeing work delivered accurately and within SLA timeframes.
    Works closely with teammates to ensure procedures and escalation processes are followed & communication occurs.
    Routinely engage with and forge solid working relationships with the internal and client based Engineering &
    Architecture teams.
    Provide hands on support for a variety of Data Center technologies with a heavy focus on Routing, Switching
    Pro ciency in Handling Cisco and Juniper
    Hands on experience in Cisco, Checkpoint or Juniper Firewalls
    Hands own experience in Load Balancer and different LB techniques
    Experience with technologies such as: Cisco HSRP, Cisco VRF Lite, Cisco VPC, Cisco LACP, Cisco Fabric Path.
    Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such BGP,OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, Multicast.
    Strong understanding of application communication methodologies.
    Perform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
    Ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
    High level of con dence and competence communicating on bridges.
    Solid background in vendor management to drive incident resolution.
    Experience with monitoring tools and strategies.
    Routinely mentor junior staff in areas of process, technology, execution and other areas.
    Execute and analyze packet captures using Netscout, Wireshark and other related technologies.
    Serve as extensions of the leadership team as directed for workload management and routine guidance.
    Perform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
    Create or modify documentation in response to new events and learnings.
    Routinely provide constructive feedback for improvement opportunities.
    Assist management with determining suitable training and areas of technical need within the team.
    Communication skills:
    Must have excellent communication skills including written, oral and presentation
    Serve as the intake arm of the offshore center to ensure new systems or processes are introduced into production are
    fully monitored, documented, supportable and the Operations team has received the proper training and/or orientation
    to effectively provide support.

    Working Experience:
    10 years of Network support experience in a mid to large sized organization.
    IIIT-H AI/ML
    Soft skills:
    Two or more of the following certi cations or higher strongly preferred, CCNP-R&S, CCIE-R&S Program
    Strong knowledge of packet capture methodologies, tools and analysis
    Expert level knowledge of the OSI model and TCP/IP Protocol Suite Weekend Program for
    Advanced to expert knowledge of TCP/IP network routing and switching
