Mojito – A cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda
water and mint. This also has a relatively low alcohol content approximately 10%.

Margarita – A cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec, and lime juice often served with
salt on the of the glass. The drink is served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with
ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up).

Kamikaze – A cocktail related to Margarita. It is made of equal parts vodka, triple sec
and lime juice. It is served straight up in a cocktail glass, and the garnish is typically a
wedge or twist of lime.

Screwdriver – Mix in a highball glass with ice, a Screwdriver is a popular alcoholic drink
made with orange juice and vodka. Depending on serving, sometimes the juice content
is more than the vodka and vice versa.

Whisky Sour – A mixed drink containing Whiskey (often Bourbon), lemon juice, sugar,

Punyeta – A combination of Pineapple juice, rum, iced tea powder and lots of ice and a
Filipino made cocktail. Nobody is quite sure where the name came from as it has

while another one said that one shot is so strong that you would scream “Punyeta!”.

Amaretto Sour – Pour the Amaretto (an Italian Liquor), simple syrup, and lemon juice
into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish it
with a slice of orange and a cherry. A cocktail good for chilling with vibes around you.

Tequila Sunrise – A cocktail made of tequila, orange juice, grenadine syrup and served
unmixed in a tall glass. The cocktail is named for its appearance when served, with
gradations of color resembling a sunrise.

Singapore Sling – A gin-based cocktail from Singapore and was initially called “Gin
Sling”. A mix of lemon juice, dry gin, and cherry brandy. Shake well and strain into
medium size glass and fill it with soda water then add 1 lump of ice.

Midori Sour – A fruity and refreshing take on the whiskey sour. It is also a perfect
combination of sweet and sour. Lower on alcohol volume than other cocktails, this is an
easy sipper that is still big on flavor.
Zombie – A cocktail included three different kinds of rum, lime juice, falernum,
angostura bitters, pernod, grenadine and “Don’s Mix”, a combination of cinnamon syrup
and grapefruit juice.

Blow Job – A shooter mixed drink made by slowly pouring Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua
and Amaretto topping with whipped cream without mixing.

Takoyaki – A snack of grilled octopus balls consists of a pancake-like batter and a
