Only Aspire cases submitted within 22 June 10 August 2012 with initial payment will be counted for the reward. Submission with receipt issuance by Branch only will be accepted. NBFYCP of RM 8,000 is base on captured premium only. Example: Agent A has submitted 7 Aspire with total NBFYCP of RM 10,000. - Agent A will entitle for RM 1,000 worth of cash voucher only. Applied to all type/mode of payment Example: Agent A has submitted 1 Aspire with Standing Instruction/Salary Deduction/Credit Card/Ezypay (non direct cases) which the payment/receipt can only be captured after few weeks of date submission. - Agent A will entitle for the reward if the payment captured during this campaign only. Agent must fulfill the minimum number of cases criteria set in each category. Example: 1)Agent A has submitted 2 Aspire, Agent A will entitle for RM 30 worth of cash voucher only. 2)Agent B has submitted 4 Aspire, Agent B will entitle for RM150 worth of cash voucher only. 3)Agent C has submitted 6-9 Aspire, Agent A will entitle for RM400 worth of cash voucher only. Each agent can qualify for 1 type of reward only from each category. Example: Agent A has submitted 11 or more Aspire with total NBFYCP of RM 7,500. - Agent A will entitle for RM 800 worth of cash voucher only. Example: Agent B has submitted 11 or more Aspire with total NBFYCP of RM 10,000. - Agent B will entitle for RM 1,000 worth of cash voucher only.
